Asbestos pipe wrap removal
Asbestos wrapped uncovered during renovation, and Julio & Israel took care of it safely and efficiently today (I observed through a window and on video occasionally). There is another, larger section of pipes, but the attached photos show you the job done.

Asbestos Removal
Compliments to Julio and Eduardo for doing a fantastic job. The job was very small but that did not stop these two men from being thorough or provide excellent service. They called in advance of their arrival and called a second time when they were a few minutes delayed to ensure I knew they were still on their way. They were all smiles and super polite throughout the job. I got the details of the work they were going to do and upon completion Julio showed me the pictures of the different stages of the job. Really top-notch stuff. I must also mention Lauras customer service from start to finish. As I said it was a small job but that did not shy Laura away from taking the job like it did some of the other companies. As I was willing to accommodate their schedule, they were willing to provide me a more than reasonable rate for the work. I call this going above and beyond for your customer. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Canadas Restoration Services.

Mold remediation in attic
Julio and Eduardo did an amazing job of getting rid of the mold in the attic. They came on time. They sealed up the room and worked for almost 4 hours as my attic was full of mold. They cleaned everything up when they were finished, and showed me videos of the work they had done. Thank you!

Water Removal Recovery Service
Discovered a slow leak, which had soaked into the corner of a carpeted room causing mold, that in turn was causing health issues. Jorge and his team were extremely fast - next day service - and thorough. Project involved removing contaminated material (entire carpet, portions of drywall, baseboards), and treating for mold. Quite an extensive process.

Excellent, Professional Remediation Company
Alex met with less than a day after we first spoke to review a challenging mold remediation project. From the outset, he instilled confidence - He was efficient, knowledgable and very accommodating. He also was patient in dealing wth and answering questions that arose regarding all aspects of the work. The workers, Jose Manuel and Jesus, were excellent as well. They were very respectful, extremely hard-working and responsible, and I have nothing but praise for them. From beginning to end, I was extremely impressed and pleased with the mold remediation work done by Canada Restoration Services and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent work!
We had water coming in by a window, which led to mold in the basement. Alex came in and provided a detailed quote, promptly answered any questions I had, and we were able to schedule the remediation within a week. Jose and Vicente were amazing when they came into our home! They were polite, respectful, and very detailed oriented. They walked me through the process of what they would be doing, showed me the full safety setup when it was ready so that I could see how our belongings and environment would be protected during the mold removal, were very thorough to make sure every bit of mold was removed, and then showed me the work (once it was safe to do so) before dismantling the safety area to ensure I didn't have any questions or concerns. When they left, everything was back in place like they had never been here. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Best Restoration Services company!
Lester came to provide an estimate when I had a water coming thru my ceiling fan in my bathroom from the condo unit above. He also inspected the unit above to see where where the leak was coming from. I had 1 other company from Homestars who are highly rated advising me after their inspection that I required my entire bathroom redone including them ripping all of my bathtub tiles out when it was only my ceiling that had any damage. When I refused to have the tiles removed, they did not contact me or even send me an estimate whereas Canada Restoration Services did a proper inspection with all of the equipment and advise me. There is no damage or water behind my tiles and that was unnecessary. Lester was the ultimate professional gave me a proper reasonable estimate for the ceiling. He also investigated as to why the bathroom in the unit above was leaking into my unit. There ended up being 2 leaks from the condo unit bathroom above so Lester ended up having to come and do 2 inspections on 2 different days and did not charge anything extra for these inspections. He was always available when I had questions or concerns via text or phone. His workers were extremely efficient and professional and the bathroom was sealed so that no drywall dust or anything would go into the rest of the condo. They also put down all of the drop cloths to protect my flooring. I highly recommend Lester and this company and Lester and his team.

Prompt, Professional & Exceptional Service
My small, usually dry but aged basement flooded in heavy rain mid-heatwave. The local demand for qualified professionals for residential flood mitigation assessment and immediate services was high, yet Jorge and his wonderful team responded immediately. Jorge gave me reliable clarity, great comfort and priceless peace of mind during every step of the timely and thorough work. I especially appreciated the exceptional care taken for my pets' safety, the personal items we could salvage, and the incredible cleaning and debris disposal work - all with welcome smiles and constant consultation. Mold Removal
Found an old mold problem in the basement of my house with the added difficulty of the subfloor being glued to the concrete ground. Julio and Jesus did an amazing job removing all the floors, clearing out all the mold, and disinfecting the entire basement. Better yet, it was all done in a single day and for a reasonable price! Very happy with the work provided.
