After my initial contact with Canada's Restoration Services, I received a call back from Aristides (Project Manager) in less than 15 minutes and booked an appointment within 2 days (he was very accommodating). His HONESTY, professionalism and patience in answering all my questions was so greatly appreciated. His follow up was on time as promised. I would 100% recommended this company!!

A pipe burst in my basement while i was on vacation, everything was damaged. I called my good friends at CRS and within two weeks my entire basement was better then new. Thanks Marat and Derryn for all you attention and amazing work.

Lester and Alejandro did an excellent job. Very professional and caring. Cleaned up the basement and dried up the water with no mess. They were very careful in moving furniture etc. Very satisfied with their work.

We were in an unfortunate situation at our home with a sink that overflowed. This ended up flooding our kitchen and dinning room. Water leaked through the flooring and got in between the floor and ceiling in the basement. We called Canada's Restoration Services and they were quick to arrive and assess the situation. Gabriel the operations manager was able to show us the extent of the water damage using thermal imaging equipment. He was great in reassuring us that we did the right thing by acting quickly and calling in a professional. After showing us how much water had in fact gotten into the walls and floors we knew we had made the right choice. They had dehumidifiers and heavy duty fans set up very quickly and running to limit the extent of the damage. Gabriel was available around the clock to answer questions and came by daily to check on the progress of the dry out. Our project started out that we wanted to add extra insulation in attic. Turns out there was mold. Insta-Insulation put us in contact with CRS and Aris came out to take a look. They were quick to come out and gave a very detailed report of work required. CRS coordinated with Insta-Insulation and process was seamless. Alexandro and Lester were the gentlemen assigned to the mold remediation and they did a great job. They tarped off affected room and stairs leading to the room. They arrived on time, were professional, and clean. I would highly recommend CRS to anyone needing mold remediation. I feel so much better now that the mold has been taken care of properly.

I hired Canada's Restoration Services to remove mold in our basement due to a flood. I would gladly recommend them to someone that is dealing with water damage in their home. Gabriel, the consultant, made sure I was happy from start to finish. Together with his team, they finished the restoration work in three days. We also had a lot of damaged furniture and they took care of all that.They were quick and very pleasant to work with. Thank you Canada's Restoration Services.

Andrew assessed our basement mold problem. He was informative, efficient and friendly. The cost quoted by CRS was CONSIDERABLY lower than other companies. On the day of the job, Jason announced that it would only take 1 day, not 3 but the cost would be the same because it was already under quoted. Bottom line work was done and cleaned up brilliantly. We were thrilled with the great price they offered us. Thank you Andrew and Jason!

These guys were great: Jason and his team were excellent; they did a fantastic job at taping off the affected areas and removing and cleaning the asbestos. Jason also went above and beyond letting us know what was happening and just getting the work done. We were also told by other professionals involved in our hone reno that the work had been really well done with pride of workmanship. I definitely recommend CRS especially Jason and his team.

An initial estimate was booked for late November of 2013. Aris (from CRS) and a representative from Insa-Insulation came to look at my attic after I called them because a home inspection reported mold. They showed up on time, were polite and knowledgeable. I hired Canada's Restoration Services to slay the mold, and they came in December. It was a three-day process; CRS came promptly, carefully taped down tarp to the stairs up to the third floor (!) attic access to protect my carpet, then set up equipment to kill the mold. Insta-Insulation came in, sucked it out, insulated, and on the last day, asked about the other part of my attic (!!). Turns out that nobody had realized until the last day that there was a second access to a smaller part of the attic. I was not thrilled at the thought that I'd be enjoying another week of abatement. However, Aris came to look at it very quickly, was careful not to damage the wall gaining access, and knew his stuff. Thankfully, there's no mold! Aris and Alissa in the office deserve special mention for an excellent job. Thanks to both! My advice to any homeowner needing to deal with mold - make certain that every nook and cranny in the affected area has been inspected and accounted for! That said, I am happy with Canada's Restoration Services, and should I need further assistance, I will call them.

A ++ Company !!! With the big ice storm that just happened, along with many others, our pipe bursts and we had a big issue... Never having dealt with something like this before I searched on Homestars and saw the great reviews for Canadas Restoration Services. So I gave them a call and did they ever meet and exceed my expectations! They dispatched a team right away and the Supervisor even called on route to check in. Everything was cleaned up and I can't begin to express my thanks!!!
