Darren and his team were unbelievably. They demonstrated a thorough understanding of their trade, offered honest and fair pricing, provided great customer service and were extremely hard working and diligent.

Darren and his team at CRS were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and thorough in helping to solve our mold issue. They provided personalized customer service and went that extra mile to assist us. CRS was honest and stuck to their original estimate despite finding the extent of the damage was a bit more than anticipated. They also provided us with referrals for contractors to help us with the restoration process. Thanks again!!

We called Canada's Restoration Services to help with some suspicious areas in our basement. After lifting the carpet, mold and moisture were evident. Darren quickly gave us some suggestions of what could be the cause, and then he described the best procedure to fix the problem. He connected us with an air sample company and within days things were in action. Turns out the basement sample contained 80,000+ spores, compared to the air sample from outside of 600! Canada's Restoration Services came in the next day. They sealed our basement and started the process of abatement. After removing all of the drywall we found a buried window that wasn't properly closed off. A crack from the window to the corner of the floor was causing water to seep in....who knows how long this was happening! Darren checked in with us on a regular basis and he was quick to respond to emails. He was knowledgeable, considerate and reassuring. The team answered all our questions and worked hard from morning until evening. We had a very good experience with this company. Their customer service, experience, and hard work helped us realize we made the right choice.

Found surface mold on roof deck in attic and called Canada’s Restoration Services. Work was scheduled quickly. The guys were friendly, professional and answered all questions I had. Carpets, stairs, room with attic assess were all completely protected. CRS remediated the mold, another company that works with CRS removed the old insulation, fixed all venting and air circulation problems and reinsulated. When the job was done, you couldn't tell they had been there. Staff over the phone was very helpful with scheduling, billing and any questions asked. CRS did a great job. Thanks.

"Hello, A home inspector found mol din the house we were buying. THE 2 AGENTS did not agree and what needs to be doesn’t or cost. Canada's Restoration Services saved the day. With providing examples of many estimates, scopes of work the real estate agents reached the agreement. Then Canada's Restoration Services came in , after 3 days they were out and the place didn’t look like we had a mold removal company there. the work was very professional, the inspector’s flexibility and willingness to answer many questions defiantly rates this company highly. We had a flood and called our insurance broker . they told us we will receive a call back with in 10 min and we received a call back with 1 min. A team was on site with an hour and started the work on the water damage and mold prevention. The staff did a good job, worked with in our needs, came back many times to monitor. We had a problem with a cabinet, with “out of the box” thinking and implementing some drying procedures mold was prevented from growing. The communications with the company were frequent and open. The job was done perfectly and the price was very fair
