I am an owner of a small Montessori School which is located in a Church basement. On Tuesday, November 29th we had heavy rains from the night before and throughout the day which resulted in massive flooding in the basement. I called Canada's Restoration Services, the crew came out immediately and looked after the problem for us. They worked tirelessly into the next morning until 2 a.m. and did a fantastic job. The crew brought in all the equipment they needed and sanitized the entire area. I was extremely impressed with a job that was well done. I would also like to commend, Alex the supervisor and other crew members who helped in getting our place ready for school the next day. It was greatly apreciated and I would like to thank Canada Restoration Services for doing a great job!

I had a mould problem in my basement due to leaks coming in from outside, Canada's Restoration came out on top of everyone we looked at, they water proofed our basement, and fixed the mould issues, work was done really clean and professionally. Would highly recommend. Great job guy!!!

we sold our house and the buyers inspector found mold in the attic. Obviously is became a clause and we had to remove it professionally if we wanted to sale to go through. We "panicked" called a few companies, Canada's Restoration Services booked an inspection and came out before 1 of the other companies called us back. 2 companies gave us estimates , the 3 rd we gave up on. we choose Canada's Restoration Services , it was an easy choice . They did the work, they performed all what they promised and more. The insulation company they brought in were also highly recommended - that itself raised Canada's Restorations credibility.

HELLO . We bought a house. The home inspector missed the Mold in the attic. We called 2 companies. one suggested "spray and cover " solution and Canada's Restoration Services suggested a method of soda blasting . We wanted the mold gone not covered. Canada's Restoration Servies brought in an insulation company to quote the removal and replacment of the insulation. The project was managed to perfection,the coordination was well performed bwetween the 2 companies and the end results were great. No MOld, New insulation and warm, eco frindly Healthy home. There is 1 way to choose if you have mold in the attic , thats Canada's Restoration Services. Great company . Alex the inspector was real professional and friendly.

Very professional. Came in with a "FLIR" scanner and pinpointed exactly where the leak was without having to cut up my ceiling. They came 45 minutes after I called and kept checking up on me the whole time the ceiling was drying. Also, they were very respectful of my house (no shoes inside and the such) without me having to ask. They were a pleasure to have around. I would certianly recommend them again. I will have no other company do work in my house.

It was a Friday morning and I was getting ready to go to work when I noticed my downstairs toilet had been running non stop. I went to check on it and the bathroom floor was flooded with "waste" and there was water everywhere. I called several different companies for estimates to do the repair. I received 3 quotes in total, 2 of which were extremely high and seemed quite unreasonable. Especially since i'm a single woman with a giant shoe shopping fettish!! The 3rd quote I received was much more reasonable and I decided to go with Canada's Restoration Services. I had to call in sick to wait for the folks from Canada's Restoration Services. They arrived on time, as promised and immediately inquired to confirm the issue and took time to answer all of questions and concerns. By the time they began to work in the basement I felt much more at ease with the situation. They able to fix the problem, replace my wall, clean up the mess, dissinfect the area and left the basement tidy and dry. They were able to wrap up the job with 7 or 8 hours as promissed. The guys were very professional and courteous. They even left behind some extra dissinfectant in case the area needed to be cleaned. All in all it was a highly satisfactory experience.
