    Fantastic moving company!

    Thank you Cargo Cabbie for making my moving day a fabulous one! Moving is not fun, it's upheaval any way you slice it, but everyone at Cargo Cabbie, the office team and my moving crew (Graham and Stephen) made my moving experience a great one. It was a hot day on June 30, and I had a couple of pick up locations, and a tight elevator booking time at my destination, but the guys worked just a hard and just as fast under the sweltering sun. They loaded up the truck like a Rubik's Cube (they are master packers) and got all of my items into my new home in perfect condition. I loved how the guys were super friendly, polite and professional, I would use this company again in a snap, and will recommend them to all my friends and family :) Thank you Cargo Cabbie! You truly are the best.

    Great move!

    Excellent service! I got moved across town by a Cargo Cabbie van in under 3 hrs, movers were friendly, skilled and took care of my things! Would recommend! Thanks again J and Cargo Cabbie! - Kevin

    Home move

    Cargo Cabbie is a fantastic company. From the moment we reached out and talked to Kate to the moving crew led by Clayton, Jonathon, Angus and Michael, the experience was incredibly positive. You know how stressful a move can be? Well, hire Cargo Cabbie and you can start to relax a little. Seriously. We were moving for the first time in 15 years, and moving to a smaller home meant we had to put some belongings into storage. We rented bins and purchased some storage supplies, which were dropped off a few days before. The day of the move the crew showed up on time, identified the leads for us in case we had any questions, and got to it. We were so impressed by their teamwork - constantly communicating, coordinating, and working closely together to get the job done right. Cargo Cabbie has a "no touch" policy so nothing directly touches the side of the van, this means individually wrapping furniture, art, whatever is needed to make sure everything arrives in the same condition it left. They also care about their people, so a lot of attention is paid to making sure nothing and no one gets hurt. The unloading and placement of furniture in our new home was quick and efficient, including hauling our box spring up to the third floor balcony when it wouldn't fit up the stairs! In the end, things took a little longer than anticipated - but no problem - they sent another crew member out to speed things up - at no extra cost. Thanks to Javier and everyone at Cargo Cabbie we are now happily in our new home, truly amazed at how smoothly it went.

    Our Move Couldn't Have Gone Any Better!

    We had an amazing experience with Cargo Cabbie! They moved our two bedroom condo seamlessly with no stress. We ran out of time leading up to the move so even had the guys supply the gear and pack up our stuff. What a great service! Jonathon and his crew were very professional and reliable. We'd highly recommend them and will be sure to spread the word to our friends looking to move.

    storage to home

    I had moved and the team left, when I realized one of the dressers, quite heavy, needed to be moved into a bedroom which would require maneuvering and stairs . Cargo cabbie team returned at no charge and moved the dresser even though it was much after the move in time.

    Very Helpful + Very Friendly

    I was in a last minute scramble to finish a move I had started on my own. Reached out to a number of moving companies to no avail. Cargo Cabbie to the rescue! The representative I worked with was very helpful and quick with her replies. The movers who came were very friendly and did a quick and efficient job. Didn't think it was possible for a moving company to be so pleasant to work with. Thank you!

    Move a bathtub

    I have used Cargo Cabbie (Javier and his team) three times and every time was a flawless move. Their attention to detail and respect for our belongings are unlike anything we have ever seen. Their trucks are spot less and the roll out the "blue carpets" to protect everything. Today I gave Javier a call to hire a couple of movers to move a bathtub upstairs - without hesitation he said what time can we be there and we didn't have to lift a finger. He also charged us NOTHING for the move. Now that's what I call incredible customer service. Thank you Javier for all your do - we literally can't wait to work together again! Remember people - It's expensive to be cheap!! You get what you pay for.

    Move to my new home

    I saw Cargo Caddy on a BlogTO best 10 list and after calling/emailing many others also, I decided on them. I knew I had made the right choice from the first contact. Frendly, personal and professional service by everyone from the office to the movers!

    Great business model

    Cargo Cabby has a great business model and its reflected in the service. They respond to emails and after sending pictures they give you a quote. My actual cost was less than the quote. I gave each guy (3 guys) a $50 tip and my all in was $1100. I moved a 1 bedroom/den condo. Bin rental was extra and I would never do cardboard boxes again. They DO NOT charge for travel time. That can easily add an extra hour. The crew were all clean, intelligent and in Cargo Cabby shirts. They put down runners to protect the floors. All items were wrapped and this is included in the price. They worked efficiently and intelligently. My silly little dog threw up and one of the guys actually cleaned it up! What does that say about the staff that Javier hires? Selling/buying, organizing bridge financing and the actual move are very stressful. Hire Cargo Cabby for bin rental and the move and at least 1 part of the process will go perfectly and without any stress.

    Second Move with Cargo Cabbie

    Having used Cargo Cabbie once in the past for a single item delivery and being very impressed I chose Cargo Cabbie to move me out of my place. The crew came on time (even calling me to let me know they were five minutes away) and were very friendly. The guys wrapped everything in blankets and were very careful. I have a very narrow stairwell and the walls are spotless! Very impressed by the level of customer service both at the office and with the movers on moving day.
