    Full home service move

    I recently hired Cargo Cabbie to move my home. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism of the whole team! From the beginning to the end, the whole process went smoothly and I felt at ease and comfortable. The offer staff is great and the movers did an incredible job! They were knowledgeable, friendly and caring. All of my contents were treated with so much care. I will continue to recommend them time and time again, and use them for any and all moving in the future. They are the best in the city!!

    Where quality and care meet

    I've been a repeat client of Cargo Cabbie for along time. I called them again for help with a High End, and Very delicate Furniture Move. Their level of service never ceases to impress me. Whether it's relocating antique pieces or transporting newly purchased high-end furniture, they handle every task with absolute finesse. Their team exudes professionalism - punctual, courteous, and notably skilled at handling even the most delicate items. Every piece of furniture they've moved for me, no matter how intricate or valuable, arrives at its destination in impeccable condition. What makes CC stand out, beyond their technical expertise, is the respect they show for my possessions and their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.     Botched Logistics Lead to Nightmare Move

    I am disabled and was evicted from my home, so I needed to book a full service move. Knowing how difficult the move would be for me, I looked for the best rated company and was willing to pay up to ensure a smooth move. Unfortunately that was not what happened. The packing went well, but it seemed that the only member of the crew with logistics experience left after that, and the actual move was a disaster. Somehow it took longer to move one block up the street than it did to move from Kitchener into the unit I moved out of. The crew was very nice, but the organization of the move was terrible, with movers wasting hours walking my belongings over rather than loading a truck and not paying attention to the boxes I had clearly marked to go into my storage locker (which was right near the loading dock) and bring them all the way up to my unit on the other side of the building nearly a block away and up many floors. Worst of all, the move was not completed before 6pm when my building shut down the loading elevator, forcing me to leave half my belongings in the loading dock overnight. The staff was kind and tried very hard, but the lack of an experienced logistic planner for my move made it go way over budget, and I wound up paying nearly $8000 for an extremely stressful, unprofessional, botched move. I cannot recommend and will not be using them again.

Unfortunately we were unaware of the restrictions with your elevator reservation. With that being said, your team did arrive the next day to complete the unpacking service, and move all of your contents from the loading area to your home.     Beyond satisfactory

    My office used Cargo Cabbie to move from one location to another. We had several quotes from different companies, some came with an outrageous estimated cost. We decided to go with Cargo Cabbie as they came with the most reasonable quote and most efficient timeline for the move. It was a pleasant experience from the start. Krissy from the other end of the phone and emails have been prompt, friendly, and responsible, she followed through every step of the process including quoting, making arrangements, following up for customer satisfaction, etc. The movers are professional, efficient, and hardworking. They had a 9 hour work day, and they only took a couple of brief breaks and lunch, other than that, they did not stop until everything was done. I am so glad that we went Cargo Cabbie for our office move. Highly recommended.

    Recent Residential Move - Fantastic!

    My recent residential move with Cargo Cabbie exceeded all expectations - an excellent experience! From initial contact, to estimate preparation and final confirmation/invoicing, Krissy and Amanda's professionalism, outstanding followup and very personable approach was a breath of fresh air and truly impressive! The pickup location presented some challenging logistics and Benjamin, Nate and Mason handled it beautifully and took it all in stride. They are incredibly efficient, organized, hardworking and have a great eye for attention to detail and problem solving. Their calm and upbeat attitudes combined with their willingness to offer and go the extra mile made it a genuine pleasure to work with them and I can't thank them enough! Also rented bins from Cargo Cabbie - drop off was seamless, pleasant and made packing a breeze. I've already recommended Cargo Cabbie to two (2) households for upcoming moves and wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

    Great, Professional, Quick, and Attentive to customer needs

    Javier and his team have been wonderful to work with since the very beginning. I needed to quickly declutter my house for staging, and the very same day of my phone call, Javier visited me and I had both the decluttering and final move estimates in hand by evening. Further, men were available for the very next day to handle my decluttering move. I hired Cargo Cabbie's services seeing they were able to provide me the rapid service I needed but also, were going to provide 8 men for my final move which would take about 12 hours to do because of traveling distance. It was important for me that all my moving contents be delivered the same day at my new property. I also needed to access some documents from my declutter move and Cargo Cabbie were prompt in providing me a date and time when I could come to the storage center. Talk about Customer Service and being able to Understand the needs of their customers.... My hat goes off to Javier and his team.

    First Move with Cargo Cabbie - Amazing!!!

    I had the pleasure of working with Cargo Cabbie for my move and could not be more pleased with their services. Benjamin was the team lead and the team of five they sent were incredibly professional, friendly and hardworking. They made the entire experience easy and stress free. They were careful with all my belongings and moved them quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Cargo Cabbie to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company.
