Another Amazing Move!
This was our second time using Cargo Cabbie, and it was another amazing experience.
The team of Benjamin, Mason and Nate were professional and personable, not to mention quick and efficient.
Benjamin arrived 15 minutes early to assess the situation prior to the move beginning. He was courteous and offered to move some items we were going to move ourselves, and we took him up on the offer. He then marked what they would move and what we would move ourselves so there wouldn't be any confusion.
When the clock struck 9 AM, the crew came and put down runners on the floors. Nate and Mason got right to loading boxes and Benjamin began disassembling our bed frame.
As we watched the crew work my wife and I were very impressed. All the furniture was wrapped in bubble-wrap, blankets, etc. The boxes we packed were quickly and carefully transported to the truck. When we saw how everything was being done with such care we asked Benjamin if they could take a few boxes we had flagged not to move. He said yes, then wrapped them up, and onto the truck they went.
Once everything was loaded and ready to go we broke for lunch, and reconvened at the new house. They smoothly backed into the driveway and got right back to it. After they put down runners on the floors and stairs they started unloading the truck, all the while asking where we wanted things. When it came to our patio furniture we said "anywhere in the backyard", and Mason and Nate took it upon themselves to arrange the furniture in a very pleasing way.
When it was all finished we were so grateful, the crew worked very hard and without any complaints. They were all professional and courteous and there was zero damage done to anything. I was beyond thrilled with their service, and each crew member went above and beyond.
I'm definitely going to continue to use Cargo Cabbie for any future moves, and I highly recommend them -- 10/10!
