We had estimates from several companies, but chose Total Roof Works because they gave us the most favourable estimate. From start to finish, the experience we had with TRW was very satisfactory: problem-free, efficient, pleasant. Matt (one of the owners) who we met at the beginning was very open; he responded to all our questions and concerns clearly and promptly. He inspired confidence and trust. And now that it's all done, we can honestly say that our feeling was right. The team of workers, who were here for 4 long days, were very hard-working, respectful of our property, and also the neighbour's, as they did their work, and were very pleasant. They did a great job on the roof and also did a great clean-up after. Communication with the office staff was also pleasant, helpful and prompt.We highly recommend Total Roof Works

I was really really impressed with Northwood Roofing. They are very professional and not only do a good job, but do it properly without cutting corners. They supplied and installed my new roof and we upgraded to Landmark TL's to get a thicker shingle, our builder wanted a really quick turn around and Northwood lived up to the timelines. Would highly recommend them over other roofing suppliers who took forever to quote, or just didn't bother getting back to me!

Our 20 year old cedar roof was at the point where we could get it repaired and be good for another 2-3 years or replaced altogether. Northwood emailed me a detailed cost for both options. One night I heard some noise on the roof top. I went outside to find a raccoon tearing off cedar shingles from the roof. I was able to scare the raccoon off. I emailed Matt (Northwood Roofing) that night for him to come over the next day. And sure enough Matt came the next day, repaired the hole, found 4 more holes and repaired those as well. I was very impressed. Later on that evening it started to rain so Matt's quick response made a huge difference. My wife and I decided to go with having the whole roof replaced even through the holes were fixed as there were other weak cedar shingles at different spots on the roof that would have been an easy target for the raccoon. Matt provided us with some shingle samples and sample homes to view. This really helped in our decision making. We decided to go with Certainteed Landmark TL which are asphalt shingles but are so thick they look a lot like cedar shakes but without the regular maintenance of cedar. A week later, the roofing crew (Jeffrey and his team) came and finished the job in about a week. They were very polite and professional. Once the job was finished, Matt did a walk-through with me to address any minor issues on the spot. We are very happy with the outcome of our roof. It looks fantastic. We are getting a lot compliments from our neighbours. Some of our neighbours have already contacted Northwood to have their roof done
