    Leaking in ceiling under the attic

    I had a leak through one of my potlights on the second floor (below the attic). I called Gitano after hours (and texted their emergency number), I received a call back instantly. They were over the next day and fixed the issue promptly. Slavik was incredible, super kind and took the time to show me photos of what was wrong in the attic. I can't thank him enough! Very fair, very honest and super reliable. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10! Thank you!

    Great Service and Trust worthy people

    Slavik and his team is the “Go To” person for any roof repair works. Slavik came to inspect the issue we had on the flat roof, near the entrance door, gave me the quote but it was way above my expectation. So, he asked me to get few other quotes which I did. All 3 quotes were kind of same in line. So, I called him up to do the job. While fixing the original problem, he did fix other issues as well like missing shingles etc. I must say from the first call to finishing the job, he was extremely professional to deal with. Even during the work or post the work, my driveway was neat and clean, no nails or no garbage left behind. I am extremely happy with his service and work and would recommend this company highly.

    Slavic is Superb

    I had hired 2 roofing companies to give me quote. The other company told me I have to replace my entire front roof without even climbing into the attic [based on phone photo]. Slavic from Gitano climb to the roof from outside and through attic and said no leak at all. In short, saved me tons of money not to mention time and stress. He knows what he is doing.

    I can't believe the kindness and attention they gave me!!

    From Michelle on the phone...to Slavik going to my house and checking my damage to the roof. They are amazing!! Slavik is the man. Checked out the damage, gave me his honest and thoughtful opinion about my roof and didn't pressure me or try to sell me things I don't need. Wow. These are honest people doing good for the community. I'll be using them for6!!

    Downspout repair

    Blocked downspout - Gitano Roofing (they also did my roof two years ago), dismantled, cleaned and secured it back on. The cost was half vs. a new one. Slavik did a great job (he even saved a bird's nest that was secured on the downspout). Fast, reliable and quality work. I would recommend them.

    Roof repair

    I called Gitano roofing on Tuesday and asked for a quote for my roof repair. I was called the very same day and got an appointment for the very next morning. I’m very satisfied with the how well and how quick the job was done Thank you Gitano Roofing!!!!!

    Very professional, accommodating and patient

    I knew I wanted to hire Gitano for my small roofing project, but when the pandemic hit, I needed to spend less and save more money. When I thought I wouldn't be able to go through with the roofing project this year, Gitano roofing offered a payment plan to help me get the roof taken care of, while keeping my budget intact. They also went above and beyond to meet my last minute requests.

    Entire roof replacement

    They did our roof in summer 2019. Overall a good job at a reasonable price. They use high quality shingles which is great. I was not crazy about the way the shingles were left on the very top of the roof. They said that the shingles would improve with the heat of the sun. Still not looking totally normal but so far no issues with the roof.

    We made the BEST decision going with Gitano Roofing

    We moved into our house a few weeks ago and recently noticed some water in our walls coming from the roof. We did some research and landed on Gitano Roofing after reading their phenomenal reviews and high ratings! Best decision we made. First off, we’ve been doing a bunch of renovations to our new house and Gitano was BY FAR the most organized. They called with updates on timing, came prepared, and were so incredibly polite and professional. They also were mindful of social distancing and wore masks inside. The work was also done quickly and the results look phenomenal. We were so impressed with how they identified the leak problem and fixed it. They also cut a hole for us because we installed a bathroom fan and everything looks super clean and in great condition after they finished working up there. Also huge kudos as they had to work in our attic and it’s a pretty small space. If we ever need any roofing work done in the future, we’re hands down calling Gitano Roofing.

    Loose Shingles. Now it looks brand new!

    I contacted Gitano Roofing after having called other companies, leaving messages, and no one calling me back. I called Gitano Roofing, and Michelle took my call. I shared the issue, gave her my address, phone number, and sent along some photos of the problem area. She indicated that Slavik would call me in the next day or so. Low and behold, the next morning, Slavik called. We set a time for him to come over and fix the problem. When Slavik arrived, he was on time, dressed in appropriate attire, and had all the necessary equipment. He briefly described the issue, and how would he fix it. 30 minutes later - the job was completed. The new shingles blended perfectly with the old ones, and it looked perfect absolutely perfect! Slavik also looked at the entire roof, and gave me an honest estimate of the lifespan of our roof. When that time come, we will 100% call Gitano Roofing!
