    Roof assessment and repair

    I normally never write reviews but in this case I was so impressed that I want to highly recommend this company. They were very quick to respond, professional and very helpful. Slavik was here today and he provided excellent customer service; he was thorough, responsive, trust worthy and provided excellent service on a number issues related to our roof and leaking. Thank you, it was so refreshing!

    Amazing work finding a leak on roof

    Gave them a call and was offered to send pictures of my leak to an email. The expert was able to look at the pictures and offer to come determine if it's a roof or plumbing issue for free. Other companies I called would charge $150 just to come take a look and if it was not a roof issue, we would of lost that money. Really appreciate Slavik for coming by. He figured out the cause of the leak and generously caulked everything. He even checked a second spot for us in the backyard and caulked it as well.

    Amazing Customer Service. Fair pricing and great job.

    Gitano roofing did my roof 3 years ago and were on time and delivered what was promised at a fair price. 3 years later when we noticed a small leak, they showed up to fix it within 24 hours. I am more than impressed with this company.

    Damaged soffit and fascia

    They scheduled the appointment the very next day. Very friendly service. It was very windy and the access was difficult but he went up and completed the work. He didn't rush it, he did it properly. Very professional and knowledgeable.

    Roof Repair

    Slavik was amazing. So professional and made sure I got the right support for our repair. I wish all vendors were like this. Trustworthy and trying to give the best value. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

    Roof repair

    We had some water get in from a storm and an improperly installed bathroom vent. I found Gitano Roofing on HomeStars and gave them a call. After provide some information, I was assured someone would give me a call back within 48 hours to get a bit more information and schedule a visit. Slavic called me back 5 hours later, got a bit more information and scheduled a visit for the next day. He called in the morning, arrived early and kindly wore a mask while indoors. He was professional, efficient and completed both repairs in about an hour. I was very impressed by the level of customer service and professionalism from Slavic and Gitano Roofing and would recommend them.

    Roof repair

    I was such hurry to repair a damage on my roof. I am very happy with my new roof. Very professional company. Quality products and service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality company to install a new roof.

    Roof repair

    I lost a few shingles during a wind storm. I called a few roofing companies but recieved no call back from them. I finally called Gitano Roofing and to my surprise a very pleasant lady answered the call instead of getting voice mail. She took all my details and the next day I got a call from a gentleman named Slavic. After sending him some pics of the damage he provided me with an estimate over the phone and he fixed the roof the next day. I am very pleased with Gitano's quick response, work, and professionalism. I high recommended them for any roofing work.

    Roof condensation issue

    The best service I have even seen. I had an condensation issue and gave a call in the morning to Gitano Roofing and Sloveic the best professional was at my place in the afternoon , he inspected the roof and took pictures and made me comfortable that the roof is without any issue and also told me the exact cause of my issue , happened that the builder did a poor job in insulation, few professionals out there with such attitude to pinpoint the causes, Thank you Sloveic and Gitano roofing team

    After sale service warranty

    We lost a few shingles due to high wind, called the company and they fixed the next day. Very professional and prompt service. Highly recommend Gitano for their commitment and client first service.
