    New Roof

    I contracted Gitano Roofing for a new roof on my house in spring 2019. Lewis and his team did a stand up job! They were professional, clean, accommodating and completed the roof in time and to my utmost satisfaction. September 2020 I noticed some distressed shingles and called the team at Gitano. Slavik contacted me with 10 minutes of my call and scheduled a time to come ASAP to inspect and repair. We have been having some raccoon problems which Slavik tended to in short order. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work Gitano Roofing. I will most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof or repairs.

    Re-shingling roof

    Long story short, I helped my uncle find some roofing companies to replace his old/deteriorating shingles. Gitano Roofing was professional right from the start and we decided to go with them. After the job, I did a personal inspection of the roof and was impressed with the workmanship. Thanks Gitano Roofing!

    Amazing Customer Support - Big thank you to Slavik & Sabrina

    After a recent rain and wind event, I received a frantic call from my next door neighbor that my roof vent landed in her backyard. After I picked it up from her, I was a bit puzzled as to how this could have happened as I went with Gitano roofing 3 years ago to replace my roof. I contacted their office and spoke with Sabrina, she was so patient and understanding of my concerns and said she would dispatch someone as my roof was still under warranty. Slavik came to inspect the roof, he is such a patient and attentive person as I expressed my concerns about the potential issue. He got on his ladder and inspected the roof - THANKFULLY I have metal roof vents which were in tact and found perfectly in place on the roof. Slavik was so kind to do an inspection of the entire roof while he was up there and shared with me photos of what he saw. After 3 years the roof looks amazing! Without question, I would recommend Gitano roofing for the installation and as well their warranty on their work. Keep up the great job Team Gitano.

    Relatively pleased

    Our re-shingled roof looks great. We were pleased with the quality of the work, care for the home/property, and the clean up afterwards. The crew was friendly and kept me up to date. The company worked with us to make up for an administrative error having arranged for the delivery the shingles far too soon. The cost seemed reasonable for an insured and certified company as well. My only concern was an ineffective communication. It seemed we were dealing with several people, when dealing with one probably would have easier. Also the job took a little longer than we expected, which wasn't a big problem, but it would have been nice to know their expected timeline before the project began. We were reasonably satisfied with the company. They met our expectations, but they did not exceed them.

    Bathroom fan install

    We used this same company to do our roof. They did a great job and after some bad storms, our roof is perfect while some neighbours needed repairs. We were worried that installing a bathroom vent by someone else would Void warranty. I spoke to Slavik and he Informed me as long as it's done right and there are pictures, it would be fine. After speaking abit more with him, I gave him the quote we had and Slavik offered to do it for the same price. We set the date for mid September since they are busy, but he had an opening today and called me right away to let me know. The vent and install was very professionally done and we are very happy with the experience at a very fair price.

    Roof repair

    Very professional and prompt, able to repair roof within a 5 hour window Highly recommend this company !!! Originally replaced my roof 3 years ago very happy with their entire process; response today was super!

    Downspout repair and quote

    Slavik came today to reconfigure and replace a downspout as well as assess and measure my roof for replacement. His professional and friendly demeanour, attention to detail and obvious experience, plus respect for my concerns and honest answers to my questions, all combined to make it a very positive experience. Very pleased. Thank you!

    Small Roof Leak

    We had a small leak on the roof, we called Gitano Roofing. Get fast response from the service personnel and get our roof fixed good and fast! Great work! Thanks so much!

    New Shingles on Semi-Detached

    Fast, quality work, as well as some after care. Good communication. High-quality products used. Highly recommended. Would have saved a bit more money if our attached neighbor upgraded at the same time, but he did use them as well at a later date.

    Best roofers around

    My second time using Gitano, and even for this property Gitano folks are as professional as it gets. Perfect and clear communication, no hidden charges or surprises, we knew what to expect and when and were very accommodating. The crew was nice and professional and the small management team is hyper efficient.
