    Roof Repair...a bit concerned at first...but they exceeded my expectations

    Was initially not impressed as there were a few spots on the roof that needed to be looked at after the job was done. My roof was in bad shape initially. These issues were dealt with immediately, and was not a problem. Gitano's customer service team is excellent, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is well beyond any other company I have ever dealt with. They do a follow up with a drone inspection video to make sure everything is top notch. Something few if any other companies will do as a free service to make sure everything was done properly. You will be hard pressed to find any other company in any line of business that is as highly oriented around quality of work, and customer satisfaction. Thanks

    Roofing

    Great service, great team! They were professional, fast and easy. They cleaned up very nicely after the job. Thank you so much for my new beautiful roof!! I highky recommend Gitano Roofing.

    Roof replacement

    I had the roof replaced and it looks great. Gitano's service was very professional and their pricing is very reasonable. They did a great job and I would recommend them.

    Roof Replacement

    About a year ago, our roof developed a leak during one of the severe storms we have been experiencing. After obtaining five different quotes, we decided to use Gitano Roofing to replace our roof. I found them responsive, reliable and offered better value then any of the other companies I spoke to. They came when promised, completed the job on time and cleaned up afterwards. I was also impressed that they followed up after a year to inquire if I was still satisfied.

    Roof replacement

    Great and professional service. Very satisfied. I would highly recommend this roofing company. Did job quickly and fulfilled all additional requests that I had. They called me back on time. I had originally contact Ed another company but they called me back after one week. Glad I went with Gitano.

    New roof installation

    Prompt & clean job. Lewis clarified my doubts via quick email response. Compared quotes with few other companies before getting Lewis to do the job. After some time they came with a drone to inspect the roof. After 2 year there is another inspection as well. I am happy with the business.

    Replacement Roof

    We had 7 quotes done. Gitano was 27% less than the nearest quote. It was a big roof , 195 bundles . The quote came back to us quick. Lewis was easily accessible through the process . The team lead by Chris did a great job. They were at the sight early and worked to dark to complete the job. I am extremely detailed and was on the roof inspecting as they went . The team addressed my "suggestions" in a professional manner. They cleaned up after each day and made sure the property and landscaping was protected as they worked . I was nervous about a company from Toronto doing my roof on Stoney Creek Mountain , but they clearly exceeded our expectations at all levels . Thank you for a job well done .

    Simply the best!!

    After 15 quotes, I was more confused than when I started! The ratings on homestars helped a lot and I went with Gitano. They were phenomenal. Came out twice before I even signed a contract to review things. Very confident in their recommendations, and did not try to upsell me in things I didn't need. The workers cleaned up impeccably, and the job was done in 1 day. Trust me, after getting 15 quotes, go with Gitano!

    Project 2016 Gitano company and people: Fast, fair pricing, good quality work, and excellent follow-up. Left property clean. l recommend them to others, and I will use them again in the future.

    Roof replacement

    I have found Gitano Roofing on Home Stars website. It had a very high rating and a lot of good customers reviews. I got a very reasonable estimate of work. I also had a couple of requests, e.g. strengthening part of the roof between the house and garage which caused a lot of ice buildup. All work was clearly explained to me. The team came in time. The work was done in one day. Instead of nailing shingles they were melted together using a modern technology. Everything that I asked for were done with high quality. All debris were cleaned up. Very professional work. After two years the roof holds well. I have no issues with it. I would like to thank Gitano Roofing for the job well done. I would recommend this company to any household which needs a high quality work for a good price. I have actually recommended the company to several my colleagues who were looking for a roof replacement.
