    Replacement roof

    It has been one year since we had our shingle roof replaced by Gitano Roofing. I can't emphasize enough how happy we were with the work performed by the Gitano crew. They arrived on the specified date, they were respectful of our property and our neighbourhood and cleaned up the work site when they were done. Our roof looks great and we have been happy to recommend this company to family and friends who are looking to replace their shingles. They even went the extra mile and installed a roof vent in our backyard shed at no charge. Thank you Gitano for providing such excellent service.

    New roof

    I was very pleased with the level of service and quality of work from Gitano Roofing when they re shingled my roof last year. The quote they gave me was significantly cheaper than some of the competing quotes for the same brand of shingles. Now, a year since the installation the roof seems to have weathered the winter just fine and is in great shape. Would (and have) recommended Gitano to friends and neighbors without hesitation.

    New Roof

    My old roof was over 30 years and time for replacement. As usual, whom to call? So I turned to Homestars and got 3 quotes from the top of the list for my area. I read lots of reviews and all where similar. I went with Gitano cause they had the better pricing and really explained all the phases of the process. The end result, beautiful new roof, love the color I picked. A new roof really gives a house a face lift. The team came in very early and were friendly and professional. They cleaned up afterwards. If I had to pick a knock against them, it is that they didn't remind me to cover my AC and a result, there were some debris that I had to clean out and some scuff marks from fallen old shingles. I can't really fault them for that, but it would have been an extra point. All in all, I'm a happy camper.

    Regal Heights Roof

    Lewis was prompt, thorough, dependable and did absolutely everything that he said he and his time would do. A year later and our roof looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Gitano.

    New Roof

    I did some research to have a new roof done, and I kept coming back to Gitano because of the reviews I read. I booked them, the crew showed up on time, removed everything that might get it from shingles falling. They worked hard all day, and when they were finished with the roof, they put everything back, cleaned up every, shingle nail and anything else that may have fallen. I would never have known they were here except now I had a beautiful new roof. A year later the roof looks as good not a single lose shingle. We highly recommend Gitano.

    Roof Replacement

    Gitano Roofing did an absolutely fabulous job! They were extremely professional, polite and friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. We had a recently completed stamp concrete driveway, so the workers weren't able to place shingles directly on the roof. They used a ladder to manually carry shingles up, and placed a tarp to protect the driveway. We really appreciated their caring and consideration, especially since it meant additional labour on their end. The work was done on time, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. No debris was left behind. Their post-work service is also fabulous. They responded immediately when we thought an animal had pulled up a shingle (it hadn't - which also speaks to the quality of their work). We would strongly and without reservation recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company!

    Roof

    An excellent job performed by Gitano Roofing. They dropped off the shingles, new vents, etc. along with a dumpster and the next day their crew arrived and in the same day stripped off the old roof and installed the new one. Most impressively, I never did find even one old nail on the ground after they had left. That is how meticulous they were to ensure that they would have a satisfied customer. And, a satisfied customer is what they have. One year later, the roof looks great - just as it did the day they installed it.

    Great Roof, Great Service

    Responsive, knowledgeable service and a good looking, leak-free roof at a competitive price. What more are you looking for in a roofing company? We are very pleased with Gitano and would not hesitate to recommend.

    Extremely passionate about their business and exemplary work

    These guys run a tight ship and are extremely passionate about roofing. They know the mechanics of their business and it is no coincidence as to why they are rated one of the best on HomeStars. They take pride in their work and the longevity of their business is proof. They take their reputation in high regard and will ensure the customer is satisfied to maintain this high reputation. I've looked at several roofers in regards to the ratio of the price and rating and Gitano is easily the most optimal. I highly recommend Gitano if your primary concern is quality and price. Also, these guys do an excellent job cleaning up after the work is done. They literally swept every inch of the my porch and patio for any left over debris. They also went over my lawn with a magnet for any leftover nails. They even wiped my window sills. Amazing.

    Roof Replacement

    Very much satisfied by the complete process. The roof was laid on the same day, the staff was well equipped with both knowledge and experience and it reflected in their work. The best part is the way you are dealt with once you start the communication. 'Customer is the King' is the emotion that describes their style of work. Anything you are concerned about, just discuss and you get honest response, quick service and quality work. Will certainly recommend it to people whom I know. Certainly is worth Trusting.
