    Roof shingles replaced

    Gitano roofing was very prompt. They were able to give a very competitive quote and communicated over the phone and with email. They replaced the old shingles on my roof in one day and I am very satisfied with their service and their product. They were fast and efficient and have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Gitano roofing for any roofing job.

    Roofing

    Gitano roofing was the most prompt and precise company I have dealt with in all my years of dealing with roofing companies. The quote was exactly as quoted, there were no extras added, the time frame was amazing and on time, and the two young men who came to do the roof were nothing short of amazing, professional and just hard working and were determined to finish the job as quoted. The clean-up was done quickly and thoroughly, and my property was left just like it was before they started. As far as I am concerned I would recommend Gitano roofing to anyone who wants a great price, and a professional job done, and professional staff.

    New Roof

    I recently purchased a house that was in need of a new roof. After shopping around I settled on Gitano Roofing. From the moment I contacted them they were prompt and professional. The estimate they gave me was very reasonable for the work to be done. The on-site crew put me at ease by addressing my concerns. They worked very efficiently and effectively to install my new roof in a single day. Clean-up was also done meticulously. I would definitely recommend Gitano. In fact, I'm using them for another job.

    new roof

    Gitano Roofing did a terrific job of installing a new roof at my parents' house. They gave a reasonable quote, sent pictures of the proposed work, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves.

    Hi Susan yes pictures say 1000 words although pictures are old news now !! We now do a drone video to make sure everything is picture perfect and it helps us maintain quality control to the fullest. Back in the day we would need a guy with a ladder and a truck to inspect a roof. These days we just send out a drone and we can see it all from the comfort of the office hehe.     New Roof

    Coming up to 10 years and yes the roof tiles were starting to show some significant wear. After getting a few quotes and talked to people for references, Gitano Roofing by far had the best price with the best references. Lewis provided his recommendations and also added extra ventilation exhausts due to overheating and poor ventilation in the attic. The extra ventilation has solved the overheating problem in one of my upstairs bedrooms. The work was completed timely and when everything was finished not one nail was left behind. Good Clean Work!!! I would strongly recommend Gitano Roofing to anyone. Thomas & Allana (Milton)

    Really happy with Gitano's roofing installation

    Love the roof! Gitano did a great job of replacing our roof with charcoal grey architectural shingles. The new roof definitely upgrades the overall appearance of our home. We found the service provided by Lewis to be excellent, as he went to a lot of trouble to ensure we could get our roof replaced before we went away on vacation. The crew was fast and courteous and did a good job, and a couple of guys even returned a few days after finishing to ensure the job was completed to a high standard. Happy customers. We always send an inspector after a job but these days it is not two guys in a truck. It is a drone and the drone video will show every little detail.     New roof

    I hired Gitano Roofing last Summer to do my roof and have to say that I would rate them 5/5. They were professional from the quoting phase to the actual job and right through to following up afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with the job done. The roof was done in the timeline committed and my property was spotless after they cleaned up once the job was completed. I would recommend Gitano to family and friends and anyone that I came across who was looking for a quality roof at an excellent price.

    Home roofing

    Really good company. Efficient and fast. The price was great as I received four quotes and they were very competitive. They were true to their timeline. Also, they did not waste our time. They independently came, left a quote. We confirmed. They arrived and had the roof done complete in one day. They left the invoice. Clean up great. Highly recommend.

    New Roof

    Very professional, reliable and responsive - from the quote, to ordering the tiles to the actual job itself. They did exactly what was promised and everything went like clockwork. We had seven men on the roof and the work began at 8am and was completed by 4:30pm. Great people, very polite and hard working. A dumpster was ordered for our driveway and the clean-up afterwards was first class. We are very happy with the new roof and the service of all the personnel.

    Roof Replacement

    We we initially very disappointed... with our roof installation. And chose to express our dissatisfaction through the interface we selected this roofer from. However, when the owner of Gitanon read the negative review he immediately made contact and was extremely upset that we have had a bad experience. He insisted that he redo the roof as he had not had this experience before with his roof. They arrived on time and through this repair we stayed home to ensure the work would be done at in the most professional manner and it absolutely was. So far we have had no further issues with our roof and Gitano as promised made good on their commitment to rectify the leak. We felt that it was only fair and reasonable that we should update our review with a positive experience.
