We have found this company on HomeStars web site and selected them because of the high rating and good estimate. The main job was done within 3 days. Then after a few weeks we noticed one issue on our porch, called them and they sent a guy who eventually found the leaking spot and fixed the issue.

I contacted Gitano Roofing after reading their great reviews on Homestars and boy was I not disappointed. On Sunday I sent them an email requesting a quote, by the following Wednesday their rep arrived and provided me with a written estimate which I immediately agreed to, and the following Monday the shingles we choose arrived and were placed on my roof. The crew Lewis sent over arrived on Friday and the guys worked like beavers to complete the job over the weekend before the weather turned. I have to say this particular crew were great. They showed up each day on time when they said they would and worked until just before it got dark in order to get the job done. They were hard working, polite and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves each day, kept us informed of their progress, and in the end we could not be more thrilled with the roof. That said I would not hesitate recommending Gitano Roofing to friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.

Requested estimate and received package on determined day. Package was very thorough (on top of the website info). Time estimate was as expected based on winter weather conditions; we had a bit of rain so the job extended to next day. The guys addressed a water leak issue and replaced a sheathing I noticed. I was very impressed with the quality of work compared to my old shingle install (old one had crooked alignments of old shingles) .. their install was very linear and straight. I requested two additional roof cutouts for bathroom ceiling fans to be installed by electrician. Done and capped! Was so impressed I baked the guys my 'Foccacia' bread (with home grown tomatoes) TWICE! .. they liked it more than the provided pizza lunch. Next day I fed them with a light breakfast Foccacia/boiled eggs/ coffee. What comes around goes around. Take care of your workers .. they take care of your job! :-) (I was nominated best client ;-) ). The guys cleaned up all the loose packaging and did a magnet broom sweep of front/side/backyards. Left the remaining extra shingles for my usage. Even the guys from the Dumptruck pickup were neat and tidy. Highly recommend. Kirby :-)

Roof turned out really well. While we had a couple of concerns, the company took them very seriously and went above and beyond to make things right. We really appreciated their commitment to their clients, and would recommend them.

Just had our roof replaced by the terrific team at Gitano roofing. While we waited quite a long time between the estimate and the work, I feel it was well worth the wait for the quality of the work and very reasonable price. The staff were all professional, friendly and thorough. The roof looks great and the team did a stellar job of cleaning up the property when they were done.

We had Gitano Roofing replacing our shingles earlier this year. As mentioned by others their quote may not be the cheapest but you get your money worth having these guys. 15 years warranty vs. 10 years by most of the others is just one of the benefits. The whole process was smooth, transparent and quick. Our roof was done in one day, the guys arrived at 7am and were gone by 9pm. They listened to my questions, explained everything I was concerned with, were very polite and friendly. Even though they did their best cleaning everything after the job was done, we were still finding an odd nail here and there for a few weeks after but that's expected, they made sure though that there was nothing left on the driveway. We had a minor issue a few weeks after and it was dealt with with no delays or hustle. Gitano Roofing is a great company to hire for your roofing job to be done right!

Just had a crew from Gitano Roofing replace the roof on our bungalow. Mike and the crew stripped and installed in about 7 hours and made sure all the bits and pieces of shingles where swept up. Roof looks great, but thats not why they are a 10/10. The process was effortless. Unlike other highly rated companies, a rep from Gitano had an information folder and quote in my mailbox a few days after i called. And the office was very responsive to a minor item immediately after the install. They may not be the cheapest quote you'll get, but the process and end result was a fair value exchange. Thanks again to Mike, Zaneta, Lewis and team.

Gitano Roofing did our roof a couple of months back. The staff was kind and courteous with us right from the beginning. They helped us with our budget & payment arrangements. To be so accomodating and genuine was much appreciated. The Quality & Service from their Team was excellent. The New Roof looks Great! The scheduled work was all done in one day. Actually they had a large organized crew, that it was all done in a few hours. They stripped our old shingles & Installed the new. They even had team members designated as a 'clean-up crew' that did a wonderful job, sweeping, they have a magnetic rake/brush that picked up any nails from the lawn & a blower. No complaints whatsoever. We would Highly recommended you to our neighbors & friends future projects. Thankyou to Lewis for showing Customer care & really helping us. Lewis and the team from Gitano Roofing provided good service at a reasonable price. The only downside was that it ended up being a two day job because they started later in the morning of the 1st day and also had to remove 2 layers of shingles. This meant my husband lost two days of work instead of one, as he wanted to be on site. Gregg and his crew did a great job and everything was properly cleaned up at the end. We are satisfied with the new roof and our sun tunnel.

The workers were very polite and did a wonderful job. I will recommend Gitano roofing to any one who needs to get their roof done. Thank you so much guys.
