They were prompt and efficient in every way. They completed the job as predicted in 1 day and the clean-up was fantastic. I have not found any debris and anything they moved on the deck or patio was replaced after finishing. A tremendous job, a great crew, a great company.

My project was explained, which was a new roof, in great detail and they completed the roof on time and on budget. I recommended them to my parents and G.R. completed their roof. Great communication with Lewis. He replied to my emails within 24 hours. Price was very reasonable even with the complexity of my roof-insulation job. He and his crew are very professional. Roof work was done on April 12/13th 2016. My brother (who is a civil engineer/inspector) and I went on the roof to inspect their work. My brother said job was well done. Highly recommended.

I found Gitano Roofing on Home Stars and they were much more responsive than other roofing companies my wife and I had contacted. A representative visited us at home to provide us with an estimate to have our roof replaced. The pricing was reasonable compared to the other estimates we obtained and research we conducted. The difference was their customer service was better than the other companies and they were also free to complete the job within the time frame that fit our needs. The day of the job, the crew showed up and was extremely polite and professional. They completed the job in less time than what was originally quoted and did a great job all around - from removing the old shingles, to installing replacement wood where required. They also did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards ensuring all scrap materials were removed from the premises. Overall, a great experience and high quality/professional job. I would recommend Gitano.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well after themselves. There was little interruption to us as the workers were well prepared and self-sufficient.

Gitano Roofing removed my old shingles and installed a new roof in one day. There was no damage to my driveway caused by the bin that was needed to haul off my old shingles. My lawn was swept magnetically for nails after the job was done to protect my feet and my tires. The new roof that was installed last summer looks great. Every step in dealing with this company has been a positive experience.

I've had my roof done by Gitano last fall and I have to say everything was very smooth from the beginning to the end. Before the roof work was done, Lewis, the owner of the company, provided me very transparent and detailed explanations/answers on all the things that will be done on my new roof and the work was completed in a very professional, clean, and timely manner, i.e. when I've come back from work around 6:30 pm, roof work/cleaning were already done, and more importantly, I haven't had a single issue for almost 8 months now (and of course, even if there is, I am sure Lewis and his team will come to my place on the same/next day to fix any roof issue(s) we may be facing in the next 14-15 years while we are covered for warranty). Apparently, the company does have one of the best, if not the best, reviews/ratings on Homestars, and offer a very competitive pricing - not very surprisingly, I already see their signs in front of many houses in my area (Thomas & Erin Mills Parkway in Mississauga)!
