    Roof leak

    4th company I called. Slavik told me he would not leave until he found the leak. This was Dec.25/23, yes Christmas day. He did find the leak in 20 minutes. He was positive, knowledgeable, polite. He made me feel so relieved as we were leaving on vacation that evening for 2 weeks. He said he would fix it in my absence and send the bill later. He did that. His service was nothing short of fantastic. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

    Excellent Service and Roof Repair

    I called about a concern with my roof and Slavik from Gitano Roofing showed up right away in the middle of the winter to do an inspection. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge as he explained that it was an air intake issue and what steps I could take to have it addressed. His honesty in pointing me in the right direction and not recommending unnecessary work was greatly appreciated. I had used Gitano roofing about 10 years ago for a roof replacement my old house and they provided great service and great pricing. A very straightforward and professional company and staff. I highly recommend this company.

    Shingle replacement

    Slavik and his team fit us in the week before the Christmas break to replace the shingles on our 20+ year old roof (front and back). Competing estimates were not even in the same ballpark (some not in the same order of magnitude); Slavik was honest with what needed to be done now and what could wait. The onsite work team was efficient and courteous and completed the job in just over a day. Work included a 15 year warranty

    Roof repair

    Gitano replaced our roof in 2017. When we noticed a leak in the kitchen ceiling, we called Gitano. They responded immediately and the next day Slavik and his crew came and replaced a vent. They honored their warranty and provided prompt and courteous service.

    Roof installation andRepair

    Our roof was installed 5 years ago. They did a terrific job and cleaned the area throughly. They repaired a couple of shingles promptly after 5 years.

    Roof shingles missing

    I noticed missing shingles on my roof in the morning. We called Gitano roofing at 12:45 pm and by 3 pm they were at our home replacing missing shingles and the colour matched perfectly. We are very pleased with the service and the technician Slavik. Definitely would recommend this company. 10/13/23 Jean S

    Roof repair

    Some shingles were off from the corner of the roof, I called Gitano Roofing and they called me back the same day. They booked an appointment for the next day to assess the damage. Slavik came the next day fixed it right away. He did an amazing job and also provided before and after pictures for my satisfaction and also took a look at the whole roof to make sure they were no other damages to the roof. Gitano Roofing provided a professional and amazing service like always. Would highly recommend this company !

    Furnace stack

    We call Gitano Ruffing in the morning about our problem and srvice technician Slavik came within few hours! He fix the Furnace stack in amazing 10 minutes. He also explained what is the issue. We are extremly satisfied with his service. great job, well done! Zbigniew and Joanna
