We had our roof replaced by Gitano Roofing in 2017 and they did a great job back then. Everything has been generally good with the roof since then with no issues. However, last week, it was raining on Thursday and we started experiencing a leak in our Attic and closet. We called a handyman and on inspection, found that there was an issue with the roof shingles which was causing the leak. We reached out to Gitano on Friday and were told that Slavik from the company would be able to come over at his earliest convenience. However, with a prediction of heavy rainfall on Saturday, there was an extreme urgency to have the issue inspected and fixed as we were really concerned about the aftereffects and the extent of damage that could be caused by the rain on Saturday. Though Slavik was very busy with another roof job on Friday, we requested him to come over the same day and fix the issue to avoid the attic getting a lot of water on Saturday and worsening the situation. Despite his long day, Slavik was kind enough to come all the way on Friday evening to fix the issue for us. He climbed up the attic and the roof and found that one of the shingles near the vent had been blown away by the wind, which was the cause for the water leak. He did an amazing job and had the shingle fixed and gap closed just in time. If not for his timely visit, we would have seen quite a bit of water get into our attic and eventually our closet on Saturday as it rained heavily. We are indeed very grateful and extremely happy with Slavik's work and Gitano's services. Highly recommend him and the company for any of your roofing needs.
