    Great work, clean and efficient

    Roman and his team were great! Their price was better then other companies that I approached, they came and did the job quickly and kept the site clean. I will refer them to any friends and family looking to waterproof their homes in the future! Thanks so much!

    Waterproof exterior of the house

    Completely satisfied with the company and the crew. Eugene came on site the next day to quote and had the entire end of one house waterproofed within 4 days, after the gas lines were located. They are efficent, hard working, cleaned up after each day and was mindful of my neighbours property. Even reinstalled the downspout afterwards. Something I was worried they would forget but they did not. Straight forward, honest and best priced. I had prices from others that were easily half time to double the price they quoted. All details of the qoute was the same.

    Basement Waterproofing + Sump Pump Installation + Backflow Prevention Valve + WC rough-in

    I selected Aqua Tech Waterproofing (ATW) based on their industry reputation, customer service, and pricing. Nico helped me to understand my options and was very reasonable in determining the ultimate timing and pricing. Terry and his team were very professional and courteous in the performance of their duties. They worked steadily and neatly. ATW's scope of work was to install a weeping tile waterproofing system in my basement, including dimple board and a sump pump. They performed their work on time and on budget, explaining clearly what was expected and how the project would progress. ATW said it would take 3 days, and it took 3 days. They also took care of the necessary paperwork for me to obtain a rebate for the sump pump. their work was so good that I hired them back a week later to install a backflow prevention valve to rough in a basement washroom and to do some other work this second project was also completed with excellent professionalism. Highly recommended!

    Honourable company

    I had work done on my home in 2016 by Andrew and they did a great job. I noticed this month January 2021 that some water was coming inside around an area that was waterproofed by Aquatech on the outside. I called Aquatech and Andrew came out to look at the issue. After some discussion and debate Andrew took responsibility for the work that needed to be done and sent a crew to do the work. The 2 men who arrived were very professional and worked efficiently to finish the job in a few hours doing great work and a proper clean up afterwards. Thank you Aquatech and thank you Andrew for being professional and understanding after almost 5 years since the original work was done.

    Water Proofing

    I am a residential realtor representing clients in Toronto and the GTA for over 30 years. I recently hired AquaTech to do a waterproofing job for the sale of a home in which I represented both the Seller and the Buyer. The job was handled quickly and professionally. The conditions of the sale were lifted, and the house sold and closed. After closing, the new owner of the home found additional water damage in their new basement, when renovating. Andrew and Nick addressed and assessed the situation promptly. Since the water seemed to have entered the basement from additional areas to those already repaired, my client was given options of how they would like to address the solution to the problem. They chose from the options provided. The repairs were, again, handled promptly and professionally. Shortly thereafter, (days, not weeks) there was, again, water in the basement. Nick came to the house himself, and explored and investigated the mystery to why this may be happening. He discovered the root of the problem, and remedied the situation immediately. Not only did Nick and Andrew ensure the issues were fixed, they went the extra miles to ensure that both the client and I were satisfied and that the client felt heard and understood. Nick and Andrew handled the situation with integrity, professionalism, and class, and maintained focus on the client experience the throughout the entire process. Nick and Andrew, you have earned my business for life because I know you are service driven and men of integrity! When I refer to you, I KNOW my clients will be looked after! THANK YOU!!!

    Basement Waterproofing for a Home with a Deteriorating Foundation

    It was time to call in the professionals and I had heard of Aquatech Waterproofing from HomeStars and their spot TV advertisement. I was attended to by Olga on the phone, who was very professional and kind. Eugene later arrived and immediately identified which phase the project was on. I gained valuable insight and advice from his visit. He and I determined the project timeline that commenced right away. The whole project was complete within three days. They completed exterior waterproofing and the installation of a basement sump pump. What a wonderful company! Alex and Yaroslav were friendly, hard-working, and very courteous working on-site. I was kept in constant communication with the company, which made me feel very comfortable. This company deserves this review and my sincerest thanks for helping with my home.     Sewer backflow installation

    We selected AquaTech to install a sewer backflow valve in our house based on their competitive pricing and long warranty period. Overall we have been satisfied with the experience. In particular, we appreciated Terry's (I may be botching his name?) work. He and a team member worked efficiently, left the job site clean, and most importantly (in my opinion) were good about explaining the work and answering questions. The only hitch in the experience was that initially we had some difficulty getting a quote; after getting in touch again it turned out it hadn't got sent by accident which is understandable. We also appreciated the tip to call the city and find out if a sewer backflow had been already claimed on our property. It hadn't, but we've since heard of this happening to others and were grateful we checked in advance.

    Basement Interior Waterproofing

    We had interior waterproofing done in our basement after finding a tremendous amount of mold on the wooden subfloor. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Shawn. From the get go, he was responsive, polite, accommodating, and professional. I always felt like he had our best interests at heart and that he was legitimately trying to find the right solution for our situation, rather than just selling a product or service. He didn't push for anything, rather he advised that we hold off until we could verify where the water intrusion was coming from. We had another highly rated company come in to give us a quote in the meantime, and the experience was very different with them. Not to mention, they quoted us more than double what Aquatech did. When we did decide to move ahead with the job, it was scheduled within days. The work was finished within one day and by the time I came home, everything was finished and looked great. Not a piece of construction debris was left in the basement and they literally left no trace of mess. I would recommend this company without question. Thank you again!

    External Waterproofing

    We had the entire perimeter of our house done and are extremely pleased with the project and highly recommend Aqua Tech. The entire team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Eugene came out to the house 4 different times as we had a unique situation with our walkout. He knew exactly what was required to be done and quoted a very reasonable price. Every time I attempted to contact him he responded immediately. No follow-ups and no hassle. Igor and crew were very efficient and extremely personable. Igor offered many suggestions as they encountered specific problems with the project and the team completed the entire project within 4 days. Very pleased with how knowledgeable they are and how important having a satisfied customer is to them.
