    Waterproofing basement wall (natural gas line side) of a 1200 sq ft house

    Strongly recommend this company. Exceptional work and true to the contract including giving us a warranty document for the work. Very good price and bonus we can even pay with credit card. We called a few other companies who were willing to overcharge us over double the price of Aquatech. Amazing team of 3 guys who finish all the waterproofing work in 2 days. They dag the exterior middle side of the basement wall then the two corners of the house. After the work was completed they cleaned up everything nice. Thank you so much Andrew and team.

    Professional, Courteous and Honest

    It's always daunting to find a reliable company to help you understand what a big and expensive job entails and then to do it right. Our experience working with Andrew and his team was excellent. Very responsive, patiently explained every aspect of the job and Igor, Slava and the crew were professional, courteous and completed the job with such care, as if it was their own home. A family run business that doesn't cut corners, is honest with their customers and treats their employees well. It shows in the workmanship!

    Exterior waterproofing

    I hired Aquatech to perform exterior waterproofing for my house in August of 2017 based on their great reviews. The job was to excavate one side of the house, install waterproofing membrane and to install new drainage tile. The job looked fine but then we got additional water in the basement again this spring. Andrew came out to reassess the situation and offered recommendations on the next steps which included a sump pump. Very impressed with the responsiveness and attention to customer satisfaction.

    EXTERIOR FOUNDATION WATERPROOFING: OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE

    Recently we had our exterior foundation wall excavated and waterproofed by Aqua Tech Waterproofing. This job involved hand-digging to a depth of 8 feet, over a 100-foot perimeter. Igor's crew was up to the challenge! They excavated with great care to protect an existing patio and landscaping--their waterproofing regimen/protocol was thorough and comprehensive. Their work ethic was second to none--we are very grateful for their efforts. Igor and crew exceeded our expectations. I had mentioned in passing that we will, in the near future, upgrade our garage cement slab. A long horizontal crack exists at the back of the garage where the bottom of the wall meets the slab and this is a point of water entry when hosing out the garage. Igor's crew used hydraulic cement to secure the entire area. We have a very heavy wood stair set running off a patio door. Igor's crew made certain it was re-positioned, levelled and re-attached to the concrete threshold. Thank you for going above and beyond contractual obligations; and a special thanks for addressing our specific concerns. We respect and admire this crew because they take pride in their work and hold themselves to a very high standard. Thank you Igor, crew and Aqua Tech.

    Waterproofing Basement wall on the outside

    Very professional. Always willing to take questions and answer them thoroughly. Work was done with care and thoughtfulness. Impressed by care taken to keep workplace tidy and safe. No complaints from neighbours. Highly recommend them.

    Great Job

    We had such a great experience using Aqua Tech. Never fun to have to spend money waterproofing the house, but given the amount of work they did, they were very reasonable. The guys came 2 days after the ice storm and spent over 12 hours digging. We were amazed by there work ethic and attention to detail. The job was finished quickly and very professionally. We were very happy with Aqua Tech and would highly recommend.

    Waterproofing, extension of weeping tiles and re-location of sump pump

    We had used Aqua Tech previously for waterproofing and weeping tile installation just at the back of our house. Circumstances necessitated extending the weeping tiles and waterproofing to the front of our house, along with re-location of the sump pump. Little did I know what a huge, complex job this would be. Once again Aqua Tech came through for us. Nick sent his crew Igor and Igor (one younger, one older, I think). They worked extremely hard, and put in long hours. In 3 long days, they accomplished much more than some other tradesmen do in 2 weeks. The work entailed digging a very long trench, parging and several layers of waterproofing, laying weeping tile, pulling out big bushes––– backbreaking work. There was also some pipe work. Re-location of a sump pump sounds easy, but it entailed considerable planning and a lot more digging. Igor, the younger, patiently explained anything that concerned me. I appreciate that I have a good understanding of what was done and how. I was concerned about the grading of the soil away from the house. I am very pleased with the grade all around the house. At the end of each day, they cleaned up nicely and carefully secured the work site. On the last day, they did a beautiful job of attending to little details and cleaning up with a power washer.     Excellent service and workmanship

    Nico and his crew, particularly Slava, were a pleasure to work with. They waterproofed one side of my house and installed a sump pump. The job was quick and painless, and they were very clear about the work that needed to be done. Due to a scheduling conflict on my part, Nico even came to meet me at my office to sign the papers and finalize everything. I will be calling on them again to do the rest of my house. Highly recommended!

    Highly recommend

    They were knowledgeable, clean, efficient and friendly. I am so glad I used them and so happy with the results!! They installed my sum pump writhing 48 hours and ensured everything was to code and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

    Exterior waterproofing for basement leak

    Many thanks to Nico and his crew for effectively diagnosing and repairing the large cracks and various holes in the foundation. The job was quoted professionally, competitively and executed quickly. The job site was later cleaned IMMACULATELY by Igor. I can't thank this crew enough for the hard work and attention to detail.
