    Exterior Waterproofing & Sump Pump installation

    This summer, we experienced a lot of rain which unfortunately revealed a leak in our basement. We contacted 4 different waterproofing companies and Aqua Tech was actually the last one who came in to give a quote due to how busy they were. When Nico came by, he was very thorough in his assessment of the situation and came up with a number of options to help us solve the problem. His professionalism, easy going demeanor and competitive pricing convinced us to work with him and Aqua Tech. He scheduled us in for the long weekend and the team (Bob and Bill) came everyday at by 8:30 AM to get to work. Now I have to say, we've worked with a lot of vendors in the past and have seen some dedicated tradesman but these guys are HARD working. They had to manually dig the trench to do the waterproofing as my backyard didn't have sufficient space to allow a mechanical digger to come in. They did this back breaking work from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on the first day without any breaks and didn't complain. They also documented all of their work and sent me the photos of each step performed. Once the exterior work was done, they came back to dig up the basement and install the sump pump. The work area was always kept contained to limit the distribution of dust and they cleaned up well after. They even did some landscaping for me by making a hybrid buried discharge connection with both the sump pump discharge an my existing downspout. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the work done by Aqua Tech. Their great work, fantastic team and 25 year transferable warranty have earned them a well deserved reputation here on Homestars. If I could give them a score of 11 out of 10 I would.

    Waterproof Foundation & Sump Pump Installation

    We called several companies before calling Aqua Tech and they showed up on time and their quote, unlike others, was bang on. They worked extremely hard to ensure they met the deadline (within 2 days) they provided. Their work was clean and they were extremely professional. Andrew is also one of the kindest people in the trades that we have worked with. It was a real pleasure and we would recommend them without hesitation at all.

    Waterproof exterior foundation & sump pump

    This has been a busy year for this kind of company. It took a few weeks for them to come out and quote, but they were dead on for what I estimated. Matus and Igor are absolute work horses. They finished the outside wall in two days and the sump pump in less than a day. A pleasure to work with Aqua Tech every step of the way.

    Basement waterproofing - internal french weeping tile

    I called Aqua Tech Waterproofing reception to request an estimate for basement waterproofing services for a house outside the company's main service area. Andrew called me back and said he would come and take a look at the problem. He provided me with a competitive quote and the work was completed as agreed upon and on time. The quality of the work and customer service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent and second to none. I highly recommend Aqua Tech Waterproofing to anyone who demands the best in waterproofing services. Great job Andrew and team.

    Two jobs - Both done exceptionally well.

    This is a long overdue; but I was so impressed that it has been on my to do list. AquaTech has done two jobs for me in the last year. The last one was in the Spring 2017 and given all the rain we have had this summer it was noted that they did an excellent job since we have not seen any water seeping into our basement from the location at the back of the house and then from a location at the side of the house. Both times the work started promptly in the morning with the gentlemen working continuously through the day and finishing off with the entire area being put back in place. The side job included removing and then replacing patio stones and a neighbour adjacent; he was also pleased at the way they finished the cleanup. I was very pleased with both my sales reps Nico and Andrew, I had obtained other quotes and my pricing was very competitive. I would highly recommend this company.

    Basement interior waterproofing

    I recently moved into a neighborhood with a high water table. I called Aqua Tech for a quote and scheduled an appointment with Nico. Nico was easily the best salesman for a waterproofing company that came through my door. He was genuine, informative and most of all took the time to explain the whole process. The other companies I called were cold and seemed as if they just wanted the job for the $$; one of the companies I called didn't want to come look and gave me a inflated quote over the phone! Terry & Andrew showed up promptly every morning, worked extremely quick and hard to get the job done within the scheduled time frame (one week). It was hot and these guy kept working with very little breaks. They were respectful of my home and ensured no mess was left when the work was complete. Terry and Andrew were always responsive to my questions and concerns. Due to my schedule, they had to come on a Saturday to work - you don't get that with many companies. At the end of the week, these guys installed a sump pump, backwater valve and interior waterproofing. If I can give more stars for these guys and the company, I would. Aqua Tech was first class from the get go. I've started recommending them to all the neighbors and will do so to anyone that asks. Cheers Boys, job well done. Nico, Terry and Andrew were outstanding from the get go.

    Basement waterproof

    We've moved into our new home about a year ago, unfortunately soon after the move we've discovered water at our basement, with a few calls and a few recommendations we landed at Aquatech, from the first visit with Nico to the actual work with Andrew and Terry,, the experience was easy going and without complications,, the price was very competitive and the timing was the best from all the companies we received a quote. Thank you Aquatech we can enjoy our basement again....

    Basement concrete crack repair

    Matus and Igor did a terrific job! They did what appeared to be incredibly difficult work. I would fully recommend this company to anyone having issues with moisture issues in the basement.

    A Very Satisfied Customer

    Didn't have to wait long to get an estimate on waterproofing my basement. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Andrew was very helpful with regards to filling out the appropriate forms so that we would get a rebate from the City of Toronto. The job crew was very good and very respectful of the premises, never leaving a mess. We had a sump pump and back water valve (outside) installed. Would recommend.
