    Exterior Waterproofing

    Andrew described the most thorough solution to my basement leak problem. Of 5 estimates, Aquatech was the most reasonable with a timeline for the job that was most convenient. His crew, Slava and Bob, worked through 2 wet and cold days. Part of the job involved moving the heavy pavers in a walkway and replacing them after the job was done. They looked better than they had looked before they started the job. If settling occurred 6 months later , Andrew assured me that they would return and reset them. No other companies would do this. I was very impressed with how they cleaned up the work site and their eagerness to answer any questions I had while they were working. I watched the camera inspection of my weeping tiles to assure me that no other problems existed. Having a transferable warranty is also a plus when I'm ready to sell the house.     Excellent Service for Basement Waterproofing

    Excellent service and unbelievably conscientious and hard-working labourers (especially Ruslan). Nico was prompt with a quote and thorough in his explanations of what was going to be done for almost the the full perimeter of the house, and the work was begun in just a few days. They had to work around a gas line and under a deck (which they even put back together on their own volition) and move large stone stairs. Each day, they made sure the work area was either finished or made safe, and when the work was complete, they cleaned up everything perfectly. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant. Given how costly, disruptive and messy this type of work can be, we were impressed at how well things turned out.

    waterproofing

    Bob and Slava did my waterproofing. They were on time and very professional. They fixed interlocking which was not part of thier service. Nico also managed to meet my schedule. I do recommend aquatech for waterproofing.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Aquatech waterproofed the exterior of our house and they did a great job. During the entire process (from quote to completion), Andrew (the supervisor) was always available to answer our questions. I was also quite impressed with the two-man crew (Andrew and Andrew). They worked hard and were always professional and polite. Every evening, they cleaned up and made sure that the area was safe so we never had to worry that our neighbours would have a mishap in our shared lane.

    Excellent Customer Service

    Aqua Rech deserves a 10+ rating. Good pricing, fast service and excellent follow up whenever an issue arises. Had three cracks repaired in February 2016 and developed minor subsidence problems. Andrew (Sr. Tech) was here almost immediately and problem fixed within days. Friendly, courteous staff are pleasant to deal with. This company has earned its good reputation.

    Replaced Exterior Front Porch Waterproofing System

    Our existing waterproofing membrane around our front porch was not leaking but was quite damaged, and was in need of repair or replacement. Initially I wanted to repair it myself and Aqua Tech provided excellent advice and even free supplies, so I could try to repair the existing system. After I started working on it I realized the job was too big and instead decided to ask Aqua Tech to take over and replace the entire waterproofing system around our front porch. Andrew co-ordinated the job and Matus and his crew took care of carrying out the work. All representatives of Aqua Tech were extremely professional and provided excellent service. Matus and his crew worked very hard to carry out the work and really put in a lot of effort to make sure the job was done properly. They even added a drip edge to our porch for extra protection at no extra cost! Andrew was also very easy to work with to set up the job, co-ordinate it, and finalize everything! I would highly recommend Aqua Tech, they do excellent work, are great to work with, and they carried out the job at a lower cost than the other quotes I got! Thank you Aqua Tech for an excellent job very well done!

    exterior waterproofing

    We needed to get exterior waterproofing done before paving our driveway next spring. Noticed the great reviews online for Aqua Tech. You never really know if a company is going to live up to all the reviews you see online - I can honestly say that they do. Andrew came by to give us the estimate. Got the sense he really wants the customer to be happy. The price came in lower than the other estimates and they did an incredible job. Workers were professional and got the job done in a timely manner and left driveway clean. We had to disconnect and re-connect our air conditioner in order to get the job done. There was an issue with the air conditioner upon reconnection which was no one's fault. Aqua Tech covered the extra cost and part that had to be ordered. I'm not sure another company would have been this gracious. They really want the customer to be happy and will go above and beyond to make sure this happens. I give them an A+ on all fronts.

    Thank you for the professional services

    I would like to thank this company for their professional work. This is the best contractor I have ever dealt with. No stress for the homeowner and neighbors. The work process was explained in nice and tolerant manner, all the questions were answered, all the phone calls-returned. The site after completion of the project was left perfectly clean.     waterproofing

    I had recently an issue with water coming into my finished basement through outside foundation cracks. Reached out to four companies and hired Aqua Tech to do this job. Nico was very helpful with assessing my problem and offered the best solution and competitive pricing. He offered the best time line to do this job as soon as possible. Project was done by two very skilled and hard working gentleman Slava and Bob. They were punctual, very efficient, polite and even stayed overtime until dark to finish my project before rain.     Waterproofing

    Aqua Tech was referred to us by our content neighbours who also had water issues in their home. They were very detailed in explaining their waterproffing process and provided a nice brochure itemizing the steps. The crew who consisted of two gentlemen (Andrew and Andrew) carried out the entire work digging by hand. They laid tarps all around the house to protect the grass/garden, removed shrubs/plants, maintained a clean and safe work environment. They provided us with updates on a regular basis and sent us various photos of our exterior walls. The entire process took approximately 1.5 weeks, everything was put back in its place. I would highly recommend Aqua Tech to anyone. Thanks Andrew & Andrew.
