    Exterior waterproofing, two window wells and sump pump installation

    I'm very happy with my service from Aquatech. One of the walls that needed to be excavated went below my deck. They initially thought that they would have to remove some of the boards and disconnect the a/c unit. Thankfully they were able to work around it, which saved me money and the inconvenience of having to get it reconnected and have boards replaced. They thoroughly cleaned the area. Nick answered all of my questions and returned calls promptly. He also completed the subsidy form for the sump pump installation. I'm very happy I chose Aquatech to do this job.

    Basement Waterproofing and sump pump installation!!!

    We had a major leak due to a thaw in January 2014. After doing our research, we decided to called Aquatech. Despite freezing temperatures, they responded to our call promptly and Andriy came over with his team. After analyzing the leak, Andriy gave us the quote and his team immediately started the work. Work was done in a very professional and efficient manner. The leak was fixed and sump pump was installed. It was the end of sleepless nights for us. It is December 2015 now. I had to call Andriy again as I had damaged our ABS pipe coming out of the sump pump. He answered my call immediately and promised me that he will be there very soon to fix it. He came in today i.e. December 12, 2015 and fixed it in no time. Thank you Andriy for your service. I am very glad that we chose Aquatech for the very first time. Excellent Customer Service by Aquatech, especially Andriy. I fully recommend their services. 100% Satisfied.

    waterproofing and sump pump

    100% Satisfied Exceptional service from beginning to end! Dominic was personable with no sales pressure tactics. He was knowledgeable and gave us variable cost options and was a pleasure to meet for the consultation (even on his busy Sat afternoon!) The team arrived as scheduled and were also knowledgeable. They identified the shortcomings in the previous work of our first waterproofing contractor AND plumbing contracter. We appreciated their honesty and they were able to rectify the problem at not too much extra expense and give us a dry basement. Everyone on the team was professional and the site was spotless when they left. Our overall experience was excellent even. when paying the bill! Thanks Aqua Tech

    basement waterproofing

    We hired this company to waterproof our basement on the south side of our home. From the beginning they earned our trust and especially after we visited another job that they had finished recently. They started when they promised and they finished in time as well. Their quality of work is super, their work ethics are great and the price was very reasonable. After they finished they picked up all of the garbage and they left the place spotless. We really recommend this company.

    Waterproofing after flooding

    Aqua tech waterproofing has restored my faith in contractors. We experienced flooding in our basement. We contacted Dominic and he came over within a few hours to educate us on what the problem was and the scope of the work necessary. Dominic and his crew were so patient with us. They were in constant contact with us through the waterproofing process. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They completed the work on time and stuck to the timetable they gave us. Dominic was lovely to deal with. And above all we felt that he was extremely honest with us and only recommended the work that was essential in taking care of our flooding problem. I HIGHLY recommend the company.

    Waterproofing and basement sewage ducts

    For the second time, as we moved to our new house (built however in 1929), we did not hesitate to choose Aquatech to do the waterproofing and sewage ducts. The project was led by Andriy who, as usual, explained all the work, gave us options and his best advice. We have chosen to do waterproofing along the whole perimeter of the house and change all the sewage pipes in the basement. This was a large project that we entrusted Aquatech with and Andriy and his team have done a great job. They didn't hesitate to allocate a few days more to the project to ensure quality work. As an example, they managed to allow the waterproofing material to dry properly before continuing with the work. Despite a few surprises that required more work above the original project scope, Andriy and his team have done it for us at no additional cost. This extra work was not trivial, as it required digging through concrete underneath the deck, as well as building a wall where they discovered was only a plywood door. Andriy and his Aquatech team have been friendly, respectful and, above all, stand behind their work. We liked the clear communication of Andriy and the dedicated work of his team. We are thankful that companies like Aquatech do exist. We definitely recommend Aquatech to anyone needing similar work on their house.

    Waterproofing Basement

    Very clean, very efficient, very professional. Very impressed. Did the job in a timely manner. They exceeded my expectation Glad to report that the leaks we had have stopped now.

    Exterior waterproofing and installation of sump pump

    We had water leaking into our basement and called Aquatec as I had heard great things about them. It turns out they are every bit as good as we were told. They installed exterior waterproofing around the 2 sides of our home where the water was seeping in, along with an interior sump pump. Nick and his crew were professional and thorough and left the work site spotless. We were very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again

    Basement Leak

    Fantastic customer service. We had been suffering from basement leaks for a while and no one could figure out why. Nico et al spent the time to assess the situation. The staff did a great job. After the work was done there was some refinement required and them responded within one day to fix it.

    Waterproofing back/side of home

    As a new home owner, and new to everything to deal with homes, Nico seemed very down to earth and understanding when giving me a reasonable quote. Although he wasn't the least expensive he also wasn't the most. Domenic then called me to confirm the appointment approximately 2 weeks later and was very professional. The men working did not stop. They are what makes this such a great company. They do as they are told and more. Very hard working and definitely pay attention to detail. I was fortunate enough to see them in action and noticed how hard this job actually is. Even once a situation came about, the supervisor Andrity did not hesitate to take care of it instantly and he was also very professional about it. Reasons like that is what makes me really happy with my decision to use Aqua Tech. I will highly recommend to anyone who would need these services done (and already have!).
