I waited a week or so to post so that I could see the ongoing results -- and I continue to be very happy! Nick and is team did a great job - they came in, tore out the basement walls, installed weeping tiles and internal waterproofing, installed a sump pump, and then re-cemented and cleaned up everything so that no mess was left. There is still a ton of water in our back yard, but none is getting into our basement! The best part was how quick they were - Nick was able to come in, give us a quote, and start the work 2 days later, and finish it within one business day. We were very happy with AquaTech.

Aqua tech is a very reliable company and that is a fact. Two of our family friends have used them and are completely satisfied. We are the third and our impression is just the same. Their manager Andrew is a very punctual and honest person. He never hesitated to give us answers for our questions. (We didn't tell him about the recommendations from our friends at first because we wanted to see how he is going to present himself to us.) He was able to do the job in reasonable time and reasonable price which we already expected of him and he performed. We will defiantly recommend him to everyone.

Aquatech came very highly recommended on Homestars and because of that I called Andrew and he came to look at the property the next day. He was very professional as were his workers. Andrew knew were in a rush to have the job done as our basement reno was delayed when we found it leaking and had his workers start the job the next day. They were respectful of our property and completed the job in a very timely manner. I also found the estimate very reasonable and Andrew even helped me complete the application to the City of Toronto for reimbursement for the sump pump that was installed. I am extremely happy with Aquatech and would highly recommend them. -----

We woke up to a very wet basement after a heavy rain storm. We determined that there was most likely a crack in the foundation in one area. We contacted Aqua Tech based on the positive reviews on HomeStars. Andrew came the next day and gave us a quote for excavation, crack repair and waterproofing of 6 feet of the foundation exterior. He took the time to explain the process which I appreciated. We were anxious to get the work done and Andrew assured me that they could do the job in spite of the cold and ice. He got me an appointment in a few days - I believe he had to move things around a bit since it was a bit of an emergency. Work went ahead a few days later with 2 guys working in -15 degC weather. Andrew came by a few times to check on the job. In the end we needed 8 feet excavated instead of 6 so the price went up a bit - had to be done though. The crack travelled quite a distance. That evening (a Friday night) the water was STILL coming in. I called Andrew right away and he came with another manager to have a look the next morning. They determined it was most likely draining water that had been accumulated in the concrete block foundation prior to the waterproofing and it may take a few days to drain. Here is the brilliant thing - they did not ask for any payment until we were all sure that the leak had stopped. Well, the leak stopped within the next week and now all is well. I called Andrew and happily paid him for the work done. These guys provide a guarantee with their work and stand by it. I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to others.

We have had no problems with the work done by Aquatech Basement Waterproofing. They were very professional and we have had no problems with the cellar leaking anymore. It was a messy job digging up concrete, and they cleaned up well after.

Last week we were convinced we had a foundation leak, but just before the technician arrived, we discovered a cracked pipe! When Nick came, we explained the situation, and he proceeded to inspect the site, gave us an opinion, and offered to check around outside the foundation as well. There was no charge.
