I was surprised that office was open at 8 am and also even sent a technician to my house the same day. He spent some time with me going into details of the process. I had to wait couple weeks for work to be done because they were already booked. However, on a scheduled day crew arrived on time, they were very polite and professional. After finishing they put everything back on its places. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service. price $1200 Thanks!

When I saw that Aquatech was doing waterproofing for my neighbor five month ago, I thought "lucky me". However, I've got the same problem. I talked to my neighbor, he was very impressed with quality of work Aquatech did for him. I went around and got a few more estimates from other companies just to make sure that they were the ones I wanted to use and read reviews of multiple places. I found that the price quoted to me by Aquatech was competitive, and in addition, I saw how clean was it when they left my neighbor's house. What also surprised me was that they actually worked at this time of year. Throughout the whole process it was a smooth experience working with Aquatech and at the end, I am very happy with their work. They finished work in one day, with no mess. One day I came from work and found my basement flooded. I started panicking and called probably 10 different companies. Only Nick from Aquatech came the same day and was kind enough to temporary solve my problem. Two other companies scheduled me for next day and all other said that they don't have anybody available for next 3-4 days. After those two estimates next day, I called Aquatech and they've scheduled work in two days. On the planned day, crew came on time, they were polite and professional. I've got detailed explanation on every step they did. I was also impressed on how clean the work area was after they finished. I did not have any water or moisture in my basement since then. When me and my wife decided to renovate our basement we knew that before putting up the drywall we needed to have an internal weeping tile system installed. Aqua Tech was one of a few companies we contacted, Andrew was a tech which they send out to inspect out basement. Aquatech was the only company who could come a give an estimate the same day we called. Salesman gave us a full idea on how water gets in our basement and gave a detailed explanation on work. He was very patient as we had lots of questions about waterproofing. They worked around my schedule to start the job. After they finished the area looked very clean. I called several waterproofing companies to get an estimate to repair a foundation crack from the outside, rep from Aqua Tech seem to me most honest and really took his time to fully explain the process, another thing that i really respect about aqua tech waterproofing is that they are not sub-contracting their work to anybody else. Shortly after moving into our new house we noticed some dump spots in our cold room. It did not seem very serious in the beginning, so we left it alone until one day it was flooded. We called a bunch of companies. Aquatech was one of two companies who sent a technician the same day. I really appreciate that Nick (technician) took time to explain all the details and provided me with clear options. Technician from the other company was not only late but also was in a hurry and not willing to get into details. Nick came with crew early in the morning on scheduled day to go over the process again. Crew are very hard working people, they also stayed late just to finish work same day. From the first call, our experience with Aqua Tech was excellent. Nick came to give us a free estimate and i was very and impressed by his manner and knowledge. He explained everything and gave us a quote. The quote was very reasonable so we booked. The great thing was we had an approximate start date, but Nick called us and said they had an opening so they did it 3 weeks earlier. The lads did it all in one day and did a great job. They were very efficient and when the job was done they made sure they left the jobs site tidy. They returned the following week as promised to install my window well. I want to thank you Aquatech team for excellent job they've done. I trusted them because they were very professional, they've answered all of my questions and educated me about their service. I have also received a transferrable warranty on their job which is important for me as I am planning to sell my house next year.
