They aerated my lawn for 4 years in a row and their work was inconistent although most of their employees / contractors who they take advantage of, are good honest high school or college kids. However, last year I paid they did not come, they missed my area. I called after long long waits they said they will come back to do mine, and never did. I called left messages and emailed many times but no response. And they keep sending me emails soliciting more business to aerate and now seal my driveway. I respond to their email saying I paid and they did not come but also no response.

Manwar did an excellent job. A very pleasant young man and knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again.

Terrible work, have left my driveway with excess sealant in areas as well as over the cracks. My driveway looks terrible and the company is not easy to get ahold of to rectify the issue

Absolutely the worst job ever. Unfortunately I can't find a # for customer service. The cracks they sealed are no longer sealed I have tar all over my front porch in my hallway and on my dog.

Dramatic overspray on (formerly) nice interlock. Clean up effort made things much worse. Originally got Customer Service on the phone promising to have cleanup crew contact me. Crickets. Wont take my calls, respond to my online inquiries, or acknowledge my direct emails to services email address that was provided to me. If anyone knows a good lawyer let me know. Way beyond needing a refund at this point. The interlock has to be fully cleaned or replaced. In the last photo I pressure washed the grey stone after 24 hrs as instructed. Made no difference whatsoever. Will gladly update this review if their ruining of my driveway is made right.

The sealing of the driveway was done on June 20, 2024. Uneven application. There are 2 cracks that were covered with additional application but 2 days later it rained and most of that came off. Its a very shoddy job and would not recommend these people to anyone. I have tried calling the 800 number and emailing them with no luck on a reply. Unsatisfied customer in Barrie, ON

Sprayed driveway sealer all over my paver stones and garage door. Also, sealer ended up dripping down the driveway and pooling up. Called for assistance to come and rectify the issue and no answer. Will try to call again. Will not recommend this company.

Have used PopertyStars for annual aeration for a few years. Every year the young student looks like a scared deer in the headlights, but the work gets done ok. Until this year when the employee accidently ran into one of our cars parked on the road - an accident - fine it happens. Local manager showed up, took photos and instructed us to get 3 quotes for repairs and send them with photos to Canadian Property Stars. Even though our neighbours thought that making us get three quotes was not nice, I did all that in the week. This is where the problem starts: it is a month since the accident, I have sent several emails, spoken to different call centre staff as well as the local manager. Always friendly, but ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! There seems to be no way to escalate, to speak with any business manager, or get even any acknowledgement of the issue. The worst customer service that I have seen in my whole life! Completely unacceptable - a complete wall of silence rather than any response from anyone on the issue. I'm very, very unsatisfiedI I can only conclude that it's not worth saving a couple of bucks with these guys - go with one of the reputable lawn care providers. Now they are promoting the installation of expensive solar panels... I can only imagine what a homeowner would be faced with if something goes wrong...
