    Aerate Lawn, Power Rake

    Mustaffa offered a great service aerating and power raking our lawn. He was polite, communicated well about what needed to be done and did a great job.

    Damage done and no action despite trying to get help

    Workers smashed my stair by dropping aerator machine on it and broke out fence as well - hard to turn machine - mgr came and saw damages and confirmed it would be fixed. NOT YET! this despite trying to get help by phone and in emails. Do not use this company as they are not responsible and will not answer their phones in follow up. WARNING!!!!

    Lack of reponses

    I have been a client for many years but this year is terrible. The company was around last week in the heavy rain. I told the gentleman that he should come back Friday or Saturday primarily because we were babysitting and our grandson was having his nap. Since that time, I have reached out locally and nationally by phone and email and still no response. I told them if not done by the end Friday, I want a refund.

    lawn aeration and dethatching

    We made an arrangement with the company to dethatch our lawn in March. Prepaid at their insistence. We have made numerous phone calls, emails, etc trying to contact them, and have had no response at all. I have to assume they have taken our money and run. Do not use this company. They are unreliable.

    Driveway Sealant on Garage Door - no response from Canadian Property Stars

    Poor communication in scheduling driveway sealing. Their head office had difficulty finding work order, even though I could provide an order number emailed to me from their system. Work was performed nearly 2 months after "early bird" payment, without advance notice (car stuck in garage!) Driveway sealant was found on garage door and was not adequately removed. No note, no apology, no accountability. Numerous attempts to contact Canadian Property Stars were made over 3 months via email and phone with no response at all. Canadian Property Stars demonstrated poor service delivery and poor customer service. I will not do business with them again and will have to re-paint my garage door.

    Apologies for the inconvenience, we did have all of our cleanups and fix ups completed by end of September in Oakville and we're happy to come back next season if the garage door was not adequately cleaned up. Hard rain on fresh sealant can from time to time splash tar so unfortunately these mistakes do happen. Please call 1-866-912-5296 and provide your address for a revisit for cleanup. Thanks

    Lawn

    Lawn treatment/maintenance

    They provided a lot of information about the product as well as the after care, gave the lawn a really good treatment and put down lots of seed with fertilizer. Good job.
