    Flagstone front entrance & parging

    Excellent initial service & work but I had a few questions and concerns and despite being told they were on their way over twice have failed to show or contact us., we are still waiting at least a month and a half later.

    Driveway sealing

    I wanted to have my driveway sealed and they were working on my street already. Very polite and fast. He was done quickly and did a good job, thanks!

    Driveway tar

    Street cart - charged me $30 more than he did my neighbor. Should be by the Square foot. $50+ product used.

    Tarmac spray on Driveway

    I think I paid more ( $200 cash payment) for the service. My asphalt driveway has big oil spill stains from previous owner's cars. Contractor promised ( before agreeing for the service ) that it will be cleaned well before applying the tarmac spray. However with single coat spray , without cleaning the oil stain properly, oil stains are still visible clearly.. i feel it should be properly power washed before applying the spray.. But Candian stars dry cleaning method is no good for driveway's with oil / dirt marks..

    Thank you for your review. Our tar based sealant is designed to protect the driveway and cure in to help prolong it's lifespan. We apologize if e information was. Ot conveyed to you correctly. Unfortunately the sealant does not cover or remove oil stains. We do an initial cleaning of the driveway to remove dust and any other debris to create a clean slate for sealing. The sealant application cures it will actually make it easier to clean the oil stains with normal detergents as it rises to the top.

    Driveway

    Friendly guy that did the work. Levi. The only issue I see is that it was not as thick of a coat as I was expecting.
