    Windows cleaning

    Tere George did a excellent job on all of our outside windows . Very friendly ,excellent work,would have him back again

    window washing

    friendly, polite and completed window cleaning--to all but one window they couldn't reach. Windows look great.

    Lawn Maintaince

    I was initially happy with the service. They were coming door to door offering aeration services for the lawn. I paid the 50 dollars and my lawn was treated. I wanted to sign up for additional lawn care services and called twice and sent an email asking for a consultation. Nobody called me back or returned my email.

    Driveway sealing

    Work was professional and brandon zimmerman did a great job, highly recommend. Made my driveway look new. Completely satisfied with his work, would recommend to anyone with a driveway! He puts hard work and leaves customers happy. Very satisfied!!

    Seasonal Services

    BE AWARE! Companies like these farm out to call centers whose agenda is to SELL, which is fine but the problem with this company is what their call centers might be doing for incentives and not monitoring their calls so staff are willing to be dishonest to make their commissions. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I was an UNSATISFIED customer who had the service X2 before. Now let me be clear I was not unhappy with the work or the men doing the work, I was UNHAPPY with the call center that was willing to be dishonest about the prices and even to go as far as to BE DISHONEST ABOUT THE NAME OF THEIR COMPANY when I asked during the call. You can imagine my surprise when they showed up again after I was no longer doing business with this company anymore. Fast forward to this season. This company usually follows up with men on the street going door to door to sell their services BE AWARE! those prices can also change pending how gullible you are and how good the salesman/gardener is at his PITCH. I met with Peter, Matt and Tyler and explained my past experiences with the company. Peter was having nothing to do with that and explained that he was proud of their company and didn’t want to be painted with that brush. Peter then asked if they could somehow regain my trust and confidence with their company. I was always HAPPY with their WORK so I agreed to let them do the service one more time. The workmanship and pride in their work showed again. VERY SATISFIED! Let me be very CLEAR! If you want to do business with this company call the local office to book the work. DO NOT TRUST anything from their CALL CENTERS.

I'm uncertain of the call centres you are describing, Canadian Property Stars does have a head office where we have standardized pricing as we have to book all services in advance and arrange to have the crew travel out to that area. Our technicians are occasionaly able to offer a discount, or a same day deal, if they are in the neighbourhood already, however our office is upfront about this.     Lawn aeration

    Horrendous customer service! One of their technicians knocked on my door and offered to aerate my lawn for a very reasonable price for which I paid for up-front. He did my front yard but then realized his machine was too big to get into my back yard, so he left me a note that he would return the following week with a smaller machine to complete the job. He never did. I called their customer service department TWICE to request someone come back and finish the job I had paid for. Each time they promised it would happen the following week, but no one ever showed up. Never once did they even apologize. A month later I finally had enough and requested they reimburse me, which they said they would. Two weeks later I got a call-back to inform me that they will be deducting $15 of my $40 refund because they did aerate my front yard. Not only is that incredibly petty given the inconvenience they caused me, my back yard is probably 5 times the size of my front yard... For the sake of $15 they have guaranteed that I will never use their services again. I pointed that out, but they couldn't care less. Still waiting for my refund and an apology. Not sure I will ever get either.

    Hello Joacim, I'm very sorry to hear about this situation. I certainly wish this had have been resolved at the time of servicing the front yard. If he was unable to get the aerator into the backyard at that time, it would not have been able to at occur on another date. Since we were unable to complete the full property for you we certainly want to be able to give you a partial refund as you did not receive the full service paid for.     Power rake & ferilize/seed

    Very nice job was c ompleted quickly and professionally by two very hard working students. Cleanup afterwards was excellent. Recyclable bags were a nice touch.

    Grass Aeration, thatching and seeding

    Good timing as my grass was ready for an overhaul and good salesman for Alex and he really knew his stuff. Hopefully I won't have to spend thousands to remove and replace with sod. Cheaper alternative and lets see what happens.

    dethatching and aerating my lawn.

    Nazar did very good work and is a very pleasant young man. He is a very hard worker, you should pay him more!
