    Front & Back yard was rotatiled, fertlized & racked. That was a week & 2 days ago.I have`nt seen a change yet, & was told l should.I know there hasn`t been any sun yet maybe that`s why !

    I just felt l was pressured into it. He just wouldn`t listen to ``no``. I gave in,

    Lawn dethatching

    The work was well done. Time was taken to make sure that every spot was covered and everything was well cleaned up

    De-Thatched Lawn

    All sun and no rain makes the lawn a dull thatchbed. We were staring at it not a week ago, willing ourselves to deal with it. Today, along came Thomas from CPS with his auto-de-thatching machine on a routine door-to-door business venture. The timeliness of his arrival combined with the specificity of the equipment immediately conjured an image of Sylvester McMonkey McBean, but McBean was a con artist and Thomas and his trusty supervisor were like a whirlwind of thatch shredding and raking and bagging. They even helped us haul the four bags of dead, heavy lawn slough into the garage. When you have a south-facing front lawn, it gets beaten by the sun. The ravages of this particular summer made the post-thatched lawn look like Skynet decided that grass was too dangerous. "How much did you say the over-seeding was again?" says I. So they over-seeded, too. And cleaned up the sidewalk. And were very polite and amiable and not at all pushy. The front lawn was done in under an hour. Nice.

    I would never recommend this company to anyone

    Honestly, this company is terrible through and through. Head Office clearly does not have enough staff to support calls, because mine have never been answered since purchasing the service and complaining after a poor quality driveway sealing. I think the largest issue sits within the head office and management. The reps are not trained on basic customer service, and are always rude or sarcastic. The manager woman only cares about making money and was quite rude when she took my call after I asked to speak to a manager immediately. Emails and voicemails are never answered. Just terrible.

    Driveway cleaning and Patio

    Gordon did a great job and cleaned all the mess during cleaning as well. Good job!

    Aieraking the lawn

    Very impromt not planed or schedualed I was on my way out the door guy asked if he could do an air rake on the lawn he did the job very proffesionaly . The job got done. I was happy If he had not done the the job it wold not have gotten done.

    Airrated our property

    The worker was polite and professional. He did a good job of our yard. I did suggest that everyone wear safety footwear and maybe eye protection would be a good idea as well.

    washing house siding, garage siding and windows.

    The siding has never been washed since we had it replaced at least 15 years ago. The siding looks as good as new. Jeff Sholdice and one of his crew helpers did an awesome job.

    Window and siding cleaning

    Worker did a good job. He was courteous and friendly. Windows look good and he tried extra hard to remove several stains.
