    House Window Renevations

    Out of all the Window companies I contacted during our home renovation, EcoTech was the cheapest. Because of the timing (when we placed our order; around February) we were able to receive an excellent deal. All appointments scheduled were met on time without any delays. Even after they installed all our windows, we found a little crack in our living room window. We're not sure how it got there but we called EcoTech and told them about our dilemma. They immediately scheduled an appointment to come and replace the window with the crack without hardly any hesitation or further inquiries. Overall the service they provided was excellent as well as the quality of the windows. I'll be sure to recommend this company to other people, and I'll also be looking forward to working with them more in the future.

    5 fancy windows

    We had 5 older windows replaced. We had a great experience throughout. From picking the right windows, explaining all the process, the options, to answering every question I had with the highest professionalism, Mark has truly been someone I felt I could trust. On many occasions, he was clearly acting in our best interest. He wanted our business and really worked to fully deserve it. In the end, him and his installation crew delivered on everything, as promised. It's been a real pleasure! Our windows look awesome and they gave us a top quality product&install and left no mess behind! We actually just signed tonight for a new door system and a bay window. I expect nothing but the best, again. I'll make sure I remember to update this post when the job is done. Looking forward to my new door&windows!

    Window replacement

    We had to replace about a dozen 40 year old windows and one patio sliding door in our house. Looking at online reviews led us to Ecotech and they lived up to their reputation. The sales call (Alex) was helpful and informative. The installation was very quick and efficient. Thanks Vadim, Vladimir, and Yan. The finished result looks great, the guys cleaned up thoroughly, and I look forward to much lower heating and cooling bills in the future.

    Windows Installation

    Professional, clean, thorough, great value. From the salesman to the completed work it was a very smooth and happy experience. High quality windows with high quality install. Nothing but good things to say.

    Patio Sliding Door

    EcoTech installed a patio door for us recently. The door is excellent, the installation was quick, and they cleaned everything up afterwards. For the first time in my life, I dealt with a renovation/window company and got what I wanted at a good price without a headache. Thanks guys!

    Three basement windows

    I had three basement windows installed yesterday by Momo- he was amazing. Super thorough and easy to work With. I would definitely recommend and will be calling today for a quote for a door system!

    Window and Door Replacement

    We've had all our windows replaced in the house. Everything was perfect, since the time the estimator came in to give us the quote, right up to the end. They called us twice to remind of the installation date and instructing to remove the blinds, etc. Pretty obvious, you would think, but could be easily missed. All the windows were done (and we have 10, including one huge in the living room) in one day. The next day the installers came in to finish caulking. We are very happy with the quality of product and the craftsmanship of installers. Even the seals inside the house are so even and clean, and absolutely unnoticeable. The old windows were removed, without any damage to the house, pavement or walls. The workers did a very nice job cleaning up after themselves as well. Nothing was damaged, left dirty behind. just waiting for the door to come in int he beginning of April and I am pretty sure it will go perfectly well. Thank you very much, EcoTech Windows. We are definitely recommending you to our neighbors and friends.

    Changed all windows in my house

    First, I would like to thank Richard,the sale rep for Ecotech, that was punctual and patiently answered all my questions in detail. The triple pane windows we purchased are great and since the installation my house is warmer and a lot more quieter! The installation was fast and of great quality! Vasile's installation crew was as polite and professional as can be. They used top quality foam and meticulously sealed the windows. I would highly recommend this company for their quality product and awesome installation!

    Buyer beware!

    Buyer beware! Do not purchase any products or services from this company! We decided to go with Ecotech due to great reviews and the price was reasonable. What a mistake that was. When our front door was installed the handles and locks did not function and according to Mark from Ecotech it was a manufacturers defect and not their fault. This was a huge slap on our face, as we signed a contract with Ecotech and not with their manufacturer. Mark will not take any responsibility for the poor quality control methods practised by the company nor provide any discounts for the inconvenience this has caused. They should not install a door without realizing that the handles don't work. It took them almost 2 weeks to get it fixed it and it was not fixed completely, as the handles are still loose and wobbly. The installer advised that it cannot be fixed as that is how it was manufactured. Mark was not customer friendly at all. We will not recommend this company to anyone!

    Upstairs windows

    We had 4 upstairs windows replaced. The salesperson (Richard) was great - communicated effectively. The installers were efficient and professional, and completed the work despite poor weather conditions. We had a bit of a hiccup regarding the cost, but the issue was resolved without negatively impacting us. Would recommend.
