Ecotech installed a front door for me. The installers were very friendly and professional. They did a very good job with the installation. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They also ensured that they cleaned up the area very nicely. I will definitely recommend Ecotech to my family and friends. First of all, let me give you a little personal history. I am a plant manager who deals with salespeople and contractors on a day to day basis. I have a great deal of experience in reviewing and selecting companies for large projects and I use Homestars.com frequently as a tool in this process. I will now share my experience with Ecotech Windows and doors. My wife and myself met with Scott to discuss our needs and all the available options. Scott was truly a pleasure to deal with, as he wasn’t the typical pushy salesman. Our home was built in 1987 and we needed to replace 10 windows, the front door and a rear sliding patio door. We selected each window and door individually in order to come up with an accurate quote. Ecotech also worked with a great finance company if you are in need of that service. I was really pleased with the price, but the first rule of thumb is to always get a minimum of 2 quotes. After a second company quoted, I felt more comfortable with the expertise of Ecotech Windows and Doors and the quote could not be beat. After we agreed on the contract, the installer came to measure each window and door to make sure the install went smoothly. It took roughly 6 weeks for our windows and doors to be manufactured and then came the day of the install. I had to work on the day of the install and my wife was at home to look after the project. They showed up at 9:00am and finished the install at 3:00pm. This included disposing of my old windows and doors and cleanup as well. I could not believe how fast the job was done. The team was very efficient and corresponded with my wife throughout the whole process. I arrived home after 5:00pm to inspect the job and was very pleased. We did have one issue with the front door. We ordered a door with an oval window but were sent the wrong style. I spoke with Scott and the owner of Ecotech about the current situation. They would gladly come back out to replace the door and were very apologetic. I was also offered to keep the door and not pay for the difference, as the door installed was $400 more. After contemplating over it on the weekend, we decided to keep the installed door. We were actually happier with it than the style that we ordered. In my opinion, Ecotech did a great job! The windows and doors were of a high quality and the installers were fast, efficient and showed great pride in the work. They left my house and grounds clean with no sign of any construction that day. I would definitely recommend this company for your window and door needs. It was truly great experience. Jist: Ecotech has been excellent with communication, has shown integrity in their work and have delivered a good finished product. The full story: We reviewed about 20 companies before deciding on EcoTech. Mark had an amazing presentation and was willing to work within our price range. What we wanted was someone who could deliver quality in an affordable price range. That, for us, was Ecotech. Mark and his installer Leonid were both upfront about trying their best to save our existing shutters. They couldn't...and they communicated the changing situation every step of the way. We had asked for 1/3rd sliders along the bottom but the windows were delivered with 1/2 sliders. This affected 5 of our main windows. We weren't happy!! Even though we didn't have them down as 1/3rd on paper, Mark was true to his word and had them changed before the installers were finished with the job. Screwups happen...but for someone to take ownership and do something about it to make the customer happy is what makes a successful company. All in all, it took an extra day but we now have the windows and Doors that we wanted. The installers (Leonid and crew), left the work site spotless and have done an awesome job.

I have been looking to activate the free flight coupon I received back in Oct 2014, told to write a good review which I did but the company is not standing by their commitment. Company did not finish the job they were to do, I am finishing up the basement windows myself and this is the thanks I get. I will be submitting a small claim against this company in court for approx. 2000.00 which I should have received with the free flight coupon.

The installers were great. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and fast. They cleaned up and we are very, very pleased with all the service we received - 10 stars. Highly recommended company. Thanks Mark for everything it was a great experience....

I was very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the product. The installing crew were efficient, clean, friendly and respectfully of our home. The staff took the time to demonstrate the product. For the size of the job 17 windows and two doors I was left with a sense of pride on how our home now looks. With many thanks to our installers this was a great experience and I will recommend thier company to friend,family and neghbours .

Very pleased with all members of this company. The product is of a sound quality and the workers were very meticulous in their craft. Being an older home, several modifications had to be made and they were done well. I had hardly anything to clean up after they were gone. Would recommend them to any homeowner.

Excellent experience from the minute Mark entered my home .Coming from engineering background,most impressed with the detailed presentation on craftsmanship warranty and how state of the art this product is. No other company could promise and deliver of windows and doors within 3 weeks installed....AND THEY DID!!! The team they sent had some magic to do with finishing some vinyl siding and window casings.on my house that was built in 1957..they were prompt...professional and done in exatly the time they said....Thank you echotech... and the follow up call from Mark on a sunday was much appreciated!
