My experience with EcoTech was flawless. My initial phone call to Nicole was promptly directed to Mark in sales and he knowledgeably discussed a variety of options to suit the project. An in-home appointment was arranged with Guy. He arrived on time, presented samples of the windows, took measurements, estimated the cost and was extremely helpful in the final decision in choosing the best windows to suit my needs. After a brief discussion an excellent price was arrived at. Guy then arranged an appointment with Momo. Momo arrived on time and quickly took all of the measurements, discussed my preference as to how the windows would open and placed the final order. I received a call from Nicole at Head Office and the installation was arranged for a date earlier than I had expected possible. Momo called as the windows were ready, set the time and showed up on time with his crew. They all worked quickly and tirelessly and all 18 windows were installed that day. Momo is a great asset. I couldn't have asked for a more cooperative, personable and capable fellow. After the job was finished they removed all of the debris, the house was back in order and I now had beautiful windows. My hat's off to everyone at EcoTech, they simply could not have done a better job and the price was excellent.
