We did take a long time with the door for your home so we do apologize in that respect. However we hope that the $500 compensation we gave you made the wait worth while. Also you mentioned that we do not manufacture which is incorrect. We do share a manufacturing facility we another company and if you require clarification we would be happy to provide it. However we are a legitimate, honest and hardworking company who is willing to do anything to please their customers. As you mentioned above we did return several times to rectify and please any of your concerns which we would for all our clients. So thank you for letting us make your home beautiful as I see you are happy and satisfied with the final product and installation just as you stated in your last sentence.
