Bill your front door has been installed for months now and do to the fact that you didnt want the porch installed first you had to wait quite sometime. We apologize for the delay in the installation of your porch enclosure however it is now installed and we have given you a significant discount to compensate for the inconvenience. However we would like you to change your review to reflect the quality of workmanship rather than the time it took.

Mr Ahamed. We spoke several times on the phone and as per our conversations you acknowledged that we never charged you for the sidelites. Regarding the door manufacturer we did use Maxdor as stated. We have never heard of any company called Candoor. Your review is misleading to our work and fraudulent. I offered to give you 2 (two) wrought iron sidelites at our cost and that we would cover the installation. Unfortunately due to the fact that from day one you were looking for the cheapest price. It was difficult to accommodate a customer such as yourself that is only looking to spend as little as possible. We would be happy to honour the price for the sidelites in return for an honest review. When we spoke you told us you would give us a 8 out of 10 based on the fact that the door took a long time to manufacture. Otherwise the work was great and the workers were professional. Please update your review to reflect an honest and truthful number. Furthermore we have not received even 1 (one) phone call from you regarding service. Please call our office at 1-888-880-6827 extension 2 for "service and installation" and we will make sure to have someone out within a few days to rectify any installation concerns you may have.
