The guys at EcoTech really love what they do and they take pride in their work. I was impressed with their attention to detail. When the team arrived at my home I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the guys were. I wish all companies could offer the level of customer service these guys did when they installed new windows in my master bedroom. I would absolutely recommend EcoTech. They offer great service and I don't feel the sun heating up my bedroom anymore.

When EcoTech said they had a lot of window options to choose from, they weren’t kidding. I couldn’t believe the number of window options they had. And, I am talking about high quality and energy efficient windows that look like a million bucks. I am so glad that I chose to go with these guys. I had Ecotech windows come to my house for an estimation. They were incredibly reliable. I was very wary to buy windows at the time but the sales rep was considerate and very professional. They were very clean and pleasant during the installation process. I would highly recommend Ecotech Windows.

The installers were pleasant guys who worked very hard, finished fast, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. We had a small misunderstanding about the locks on the doors (we wanted both front and back doors to have the same lock, but had forgotten to put that into the contract). The manager cleared things up for us and we're really pleased with our 2 new doors and 15 new windows!

I hired EcoTech to replace the windows in the bedrooms in my house. I couldn’t believe how quickly they worked once they got to my house. I thought that the job would take much longer than it did. The entire team of installers were great. They are not only skilled window installers, they are great people and I enjoyed talking to them. I definitely learned a few things about windows that day. I would definitely recommend EcoTech if you are looking for a window company.

I have to say that I was blown away by the customer service that I got from EcoTech. They were on the ball from the time I emailed them until the project was completed. They were more than helpful in answering my questions, and I had lots of them. The team at EcoTech exceeded my expectations by making sure everything was completed to my standards. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about installing new windows or doors in your home.

Ecotech Windows was one of four quotes we requested to have our 2 storey home completely changed to new casement style windows and two new sliding patio doors. While not the lowest bid they were very competitive and when I presented them with the option to lower their bid just a bit more to be more competitive they were willing to negotiate. The main differentiator for us was our desire to maintain the wood trim throughout our home with the biggest challenge being a bow window in our living room that had five long narrow sections with wood trim in between each window. The other companies all offered to replace the windows with their standard window which for anyone looking at new windows will recognize the wide frame surrounding the window pane. With the wide frame our window opening would have been reduced to less than fifteen inches for each section and all the wood was going to be removed ruining the look of this beautiful bow window. Mark assured us he had the man who could replace the glass with the same quality as the other new windows but with a small normal frame. He was also capable of doing a custom fit of the exterior covering to again retain the look of our bow window from the outside. We were very impressed with the work Leon did and I know they spent extra time with this custom work. They showed up on schedule for the two day job. There was some doubt during the first day that the patio doors would arrive from the manufacturer in time for the next day so they could complete the job on time, however Leon agreed to go and personally pick the doors up the next day. They started the job at 1pm on a Friday knowing they would have to work late to complete the job by the end of the day. To quote Leon when he arrived he said “we will be here until we are finished”. They completed all the work by 6pm and replaced the blinds they had needed to remove during the installations, after cleaning a small spot on the carpet that was made while removing one of the old sliding doors he and his crew cleaned up all their equipment and tarps along with giving the driveway a good sweep to ensure no stray screws were left behind to get stuck in a tire. I would highly recommend Ecotech for your consideration they have a high quality product, talented polite installers and a desire to win your business with a competitive price and excellent customer service.
