Everything from initial call to installation went smoothly and perfectly. Highly recommend EcoTech and would definitely replace some windows with them in the future.

The process started with Derek who was very professional and gave me an estimate. I was really impressed with the price quoted. Andre and his crew came to do the install and did a fantastic job. They installed 6 windows including a Bay Window in 6 hours, including all the flashing and sealant. Highly recommend them.

Terrific product and first class installation. Ecotech was recommended to me by two work colleagues who also had their windows done (and were very happy.) Job was complete in 8 hours. We had a great experience and their price beat the competition decisively (for a product that was just as good.) Thanks to Vitaly and his team for a seemless installation! We highly recommend them.

I had purchased new windows from this compmay. First, I had to follow up with them regarding qhen they would be installed. No one contacted me to tell me the windows were ready. Second. The amounts the tell you you will get for government rebates are outright fabrications. Third the inside of my windows have ragged broken out seeping drainage holes, they look TERRIBLE. No one will respond to my complaint. They ignore all emails and calls ypu are just told to call anither number.. never get a call back. I have been polite through all of this yet I get told and I quote.. thats how they are good luck with head office and hung up on. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. They have already been paid so they completely ignore.

Installers were very professional. Left the house clean. They arrived at noon as they said they would and were gone by 2:30. Very mannerly and polite. We are very happy with the new windows.
