    Amazing Product and Service

    The product speaks for its self - outstanding The customer service - the best we have ever experienced! Our sales advisor went above and beyond and was just as excited about the project as we were. He stay in contact through every step of the process and was alway available to answer questions or take care of our concerns quickly and professionally.Thank you to Ecotech for our beautiful new windows and a heartfelt thank you to our service advisor for supporting us through replacing 9 of our 25 windows. We will be in touch soon to replace the doors and next year to complete the rest of the window project!

    Wondows and huge patio door

    Right from the get go the gentleman that came to my home for a quote was polite k owledgable helpful and honest! We got to know Derek because he contacted us with a quote explained everything clearly and gave us approximete dates of install. Derek was always super nice and always availlable to us for any questions. Installers were on time proffessional hardworking and also very Polite. I would advise anyone looking for windows or doors to go with this company! No issues what so ever. A pleasure to work with and stress free. Thanks to Derek and his installers Andriy and Pavlo for my beUtiful windows and door!

    Good looking windows, fast installation

    Had our new windows installed today. Was very impressed that they managed to complete all 11 windows in one day. Our sales rep, Derek, was great with communication and prompt to respond to any questions/concerns. One note on the install is that the windows after installation were not level. Im not sure how much this effects the functionality of it but it is definitely a pet peeve of mine. The reason for not giving a full 10 star rating is the fact that the windows they installed are much smaller than our original windows (around 2 less glass). This would have been nice to know before ordering the windows and not have it as a surprise on the day of the install. Im assuming it is likely for more insulation within the frames, but this information would have been nice to know before hand. It doesnt affect our large windows as much, but our bathroom windows feel tiny now. All in all it was a pleasant experience, if I had to do it again though I would likely order the windows and install them myself (if the installers didnt bother to use a basic level then it makes me a bit nervous to think of what other basics were skipped out on).

It is a fact that when you do a frame to frame install the window itself becomes smaller and new windows have thicker frames that old single pane windows that you originally had. The biggest difference is noticed in windows that are small in size already.     New windows installed

    My windows were installed the last week of March 2023. They were ordered in January, and all timings matched their initial estimate. Eric the salesman was knowledgeable and helped my thru the govt rebates also. The installation crew was on time (early actually), and were very friendly and professional. They worked like busy bees and installed my 13 windows in under 5 hours. They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves and removed all the debris. So far I have no complaints and the weather has been cold. Our bedrooms are noticeably quieter with our new windows.

    New windows in entire house.

    We contacted Ecotech Windows and Doors to see about replacing the windows in our 1922 house. We decided to go ahead with the project. The installers were punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. Their attention to detail was amazing and our windows look better than I could have imagined. We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend Echotech to anyone who is thinking about having new windows or doors installed.

    Window replacement

    The price was the best and the window quality was as well. Installation went smoothly and the workers were courteous and pleasant. They worked their butts off in the 11 hours they were here.

    Windows

    Very reliable, great customer service and they answered all my questions quickly. Im happy from start to finish and I love my new windows. EcoTech is a great company if you need new windows. I highly recommend them.

    Windows and Doors

    I replaced my windows and front door at my house through Ecotech about a year ago. They did a very good job with the windows & the front door looks excellent as well. I needed to make a couple of service calls after the installation and they sent a service technician to address my issues / concerns.

    Im so happy with the great service we received from Ecotech. We replaced our windows to energy efficient windows and it looks so good. Every person we interacted with from ecotech are all very kind & professional and the install reps were hard workers. Thank you for a very positive experience.
