    Overall excellent service from starting with Brian on helping me select a new front door to the installation. Very happy with everything.

    Extremely satisfied with the professional installation, which was done quickly and efficiently. The entire process, from obtaining a quote to measuring and installation, went smoothly.

    Ecotech Windows & Doors

    We purchased new windows and a patio door from Ecotech. The entire process from quote to installation was polite and professional. The materials are of good quality. Installation day was cold with a snowstorm in the late afternoon. This seemed to have no impact on the speed or quality of the installation work. Top notch installation crew! I recommend Ecotech to anyone looking for doors and windows with great service.

    Entrance Doors

    We had our two entrance doors installed yesterday and are very happy with the new doors. From the initial meeting with Emma Johnson, to the installers Turatbek, and the customer service employee Sophia, our entire experience has been awesome. Emma, was able to work with us giving us various options and helped put together exactly what we wanted. Our initial meeting was in November 2022, at which time Emma mentioned that the doors would be ready for installation in March 2023. The doors were installed on the last day of February. Thank you Emma for everything. The installers Turatbek and his son arrived on time on the assigned date, finished the installation in good time and did a good clean up job. Turatbek returned today March 2nd, to help out with the chaulking and installation of the strip baseboard, which had to be redone as the home security system had to be reconnected. Thank you Turatbek for coming out again. Sophia, the customer service person was very helpful in ensuring the everything was done to our satisfaction and immediately emailed me the invoice for the payment received. Thank you Sophia.     New front door

    We had a new front door installed by Ecotech and were completely satisfied from the sales persons knowledge and expertise to the installation process which was seamless and clean.

    Great Job

    Guys did a great job on the windows and the patio door. Took their time and did it right. Thanks Ecotech. Service right from initial quote right to the finish of instal and beyond was on point.

    Don’t walk, run away

    Rescheduled on us three times. Offered $500 discount for said reschedules - still waiting. Product came with NO certification stickers and when asked was told they would mail us the stickers to apply ourselves!?! Massive condensation issues but was told repeatedly that it was our fault and not the windows issues. Only ONE tech employee. Still waiting for him to come out and take readings to verify that they are correct and we (of course) are wrong. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! House is now colder than before with the 25yrold windows we had previous.

    Job well done

    Great job from sales to installation. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Installation crew was on time and professional. Windows look great. They installed 8 windows in 7 hrs with icy cold temperatures and wind. My only criticism is the outside caulking is a bit thick. The crappy weather probably had some impact on the installers precision. I can fix it with some touch up paint in the spring.

    New windows and doors

    Much needed update of windows and doors. Happy with the results, now my fronts doors aren't an eye sore!

    EchoTech Windows

    We contacted EchoTech for a quote on 3 windows for our century home. The rep measured the windows & enthusiastically presented the options available. We chose double hung windows with black trim/casing on the 2 street facing windows - white for the dining room window. We felt comfortable with the rep so signed up that day. Shortly after that we were notified a final measurement would be arranged for the final production sizes which was done. A month later EchoTech confirmed the windows were in production and we would be in touch re an installation date. The windows were just installed and look amazing! The installers were courteous & professional. We were so impressed with how smoothly this process went that we will be contacting EchoTech to replace our front door. Thank you EcoTech Team for a job well done!
