    A job well done ecotech, everything looks great. Very impressed with the quality of the windows and the great price. The staff was very quick with updates and the install crew was respectful and professional.

    Window replacement

    We have four beautiful new windows. From the sales person to the install, EcoTech Windows were professional, courteous and thorough. The installation was excellent and the workers left the area very clean and tidy. They worked efficiently and completed the install in about 5 hours.

    Doors and windows

    Ecotech installed my door and windows and everything turned out great. The staff is very professional and cleaned up after installations. Im thinking about getting a new patio door in the spring Ill definitely get it from ecotech. Great experience team ecotech.

    Window and door installation

    I want to start off by saying what an incredible job ecotech did with my window and door installations. The team was respectful, quick, and helpful to any questions we had. I would recommend their service to anyone. Thank you team ecotech.

    Windows and Doors

    I got my doors and windows installed last week and it looks great. The crew did a fantastic job and Im very pleased with their service Sophia was very professional and answered any questions we had. Thank you team ecotech.

    Astonishing Job

    Echotech has done an astonishing job on the installation of my windows and doors. My home looks brand new!!! the owner was a pleasant person to deal with and Sophia was very polite and professional, and the crew did an amazing job. Very pleased!

    Excellent product & excellent service. The installers were great and professional cleaned up after installation. The customer service was helpful & informative. I definitely recommend ecotech my home looks lovely with the new windows and doors. Team ecotech.

    Worst Experience Ever and Terrible Customer Service

    One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Their customer service is terrible. They refuse to respond to my numerous requests to fix my windows, even though they are under "Warranty". The windows were all installed wrong, then for months I had to argue with them until they finally realized they had to be re-installed. My windows are still warped and unfortunately since they have not responded to my many emails I have to take legal action for something that could possibly be very simple to repair. I will never ever use this company again.

    Thank You Evotech

    Ecotech products are beautiful, they have truly brought my century home back to life while maintaining the integrity of its charm and character. The salesman Craig was a pleasure to deal with, the booking and service team were always friendly and helpful. The install teams I had were amazing, they were fast, efficient and cleaned up as if they were never here. I would 100% recommend Ecotech!!!

    Windows

    I was overcharged for the windows installed. I had the invoice as well as an email from the salesperson stating what I was being charged and Eco Tech still billed an additional $500 to my credit card. The installers did some damage to the paint and drywall while installing the windows. A second floor window broke while they were removing it leaving glass all over by backyard patio. They swept up some of the glass, then took a leaf blower which blew the remaining glass and debris into my yard. I spoke to Eco Tech employees and was offered $150. Customer service was terrible. They speak over you in a condescending manner. A complaint has been put forward to the BBB worst experience Ive ever had!!
