    Windows replacement

    David was very professional and knowledgeable sales person. Installation was done with just few days delay. Allan's installation work was done perfectly. We appreciate his high professionalism, courtesy and punctually. We hope he'll be installing new doors for us as well.. Thank you Ecotech!

    Window and door installation

    An excellent company to work with if you need to get your windows and doors replaced. I found their ad in a flyer, called them up and got a consultation in less than a week. Brett is very knowledgable and friendly and I was able to place my order in no time. After that I didn't have to do a thing. They send a second guy in later to double check the measurements which I appreciated. On install date, they had one person for each window and door, so the work was done so quickly. The new windows and patio door are beautiful and so pleased with the work and ease and efficiency of service. Definitely recommend!

    Windows

    Signed contract for a specified price, took my deposit of $7000 and then called me 3 weeks later to say they underquoted and want $6500 more to do the job, saying the sales agent messed up. Currently they havent returned my deposit, giving us the run around, while slandering every other window company out there…. Terrible experience, do not book with this company!

    We do apologize for the mistake that was made by our team member. We recently changed to a new software which was a bit buggy and some options for your door were not checked off. This is not a common practice with our company. We would love to honour the pricing however unfortunately it is completely off and we cannot offer you the same pricing for the doors. However if you would like to proceed with the windows we would have no problem in honouring the pricing. We hope you change your mind as you were recommended to us.

    Front Entry Double Door Installation

    We replaced the double-doors in our front entrance. The salesman was very helpful and took the time to show us different doors along with explaining the features and differences. Installation was delayed due to COVID impacting manufacturing and it took over 4 months between our original purchase and the installation. We also had to have the doors re-done because the hardware was incorrect. Although I had to personally follow-up, the installation went smoothly and the doors look great with the added benefit of better insulation.

    Windows and door installation

    Salesman very informative and knowlegible. Installation on time and efficient. Excellent products. Highly recommend.Price is comparable with other vendors. Installation team very quick and hard working on a hot day of 31 degrees C.

    2 Doors, and 3 large windows, 1 small window

    Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable great gent. Installation crew was fantastic, professional and very neat. Communication was horrible. Installation date was 4 plus weeks off of original dates, and still waiting on completion, doors still haven’t been installed, 1 screen is wrong, and the front office or costumer service department has not yet tried to contact me to explain or try to fix the problems or give an installation date for doors. Unfortunate and frustrating.

    Windows and Front Door

    We got Windows from here and it was a great experience throughout the whole process. The Window guys were helpful and professional and most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves. The only problem is that the door production was delayed and they could not install it on time. I don't consider this their fault as production for all products are delayed from the pandemic. Great job!

    Doors and window installation

    Mark reached out to me about a missed appointment due to having a wrong phone number on file. He was polite, apologetic, informative and very accomodating. I ended up rescheduling the appointment. I will update more later.

    Exterior entrance door replacement.

    I contracted Eco Tech to replace an exterior entrance door for a friend of mine. They did an excellent job, very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them for windows and/or doors.

    Windows

    Day late with no communication strategy- very hot weather issues - workers were excellent and on time next day - too many stickers and clean up after was challenging but overall very happy!
