    Installation of windows and repairs

    DO NOT USE this Company do not stand behind their product - Please check BBB before you even think of going with them. Very Poor Customer Service - Horrible staff that do not care - They take your money and RUN. Opened 2 cases now with BBB for their shoddy service

    Installed new windows in our home

    We were extremely happy with the turnaround time between when the windows were ordered to installed. The price was very reasonable and we loved the warranty. The installers were amazing. They had the old windows removed and the new ones installed in one day. There was minimal mess and we could not be happier with our experience. I would definitely recommend Ecotech Windows and Doors. We will be using them again in the future.

    Custom Patio Door

    My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our new custom 8' Capri 3.0 patio door. After receiving quotes and viewing products from 8 different companies, I can say without hesitation that we made the best decision. The product quality and price were great, but we are happiest with the installation quality. Ika and his team took great care during the entire installation and remained after dark to complete additional trim and caulking detail work inside and around the door. I will definitely be contacting Ecotech for my next project.

    Windows

    Echotech came out and replaced my windows and back sliding door. Allen was great, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very happy with the end result. Would recommend them to anyone.

    Window and doors replaced

    Highly recommend this company. They entire team is beyond amazing! Scott was our sales representative and he really knows his product and what is best for our home. Allen is beyond a perfectionist and we were blessed to have him work on our house. If you want someone who takes pride in their work to install your doors and windows Allen is the guy you will need.     Windows Replacement

    Had multiple aged windows requiring replacements. Adam from Echotech Sales initially visited for a walkthrough and presentation. He was very thorough explaining the process and was able to provide an affordable quote for the job. On the day of installation, Alan was in charge of the process and he was very friendly, approachable and answered any questions or concerns promptly. The job was done efficiently on time and cleanly throughout. For post-installation follow up, Service Manager Joseph was available to ensure everything was to the customer satisfaction. Overall, an excellent experience dealing with Echotech and would definitely contact them again for future projects. Would absolutely recommend them! SH

    replaced windows and patio door

    The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The installation crew were amazing. they worked in the bitter cold but did a fantastic job. they cleaned up after and did not leave a mess. would highly recommend this company.

    Windows and doors with custom work

    Miroslav and Bojan came for 3 days , they were very professional, worked diligently, and satisfied all our expectations. Thank you for sending your best crewmen. It was a pleasure to have both men in Brantford. When we finish our windows next time, I hope we can have these fine men

    Windows , Doors and Garage Doors

    Right from Scott our sales person to Miroslav and Bojan ( installers) the service has been amazing and rated 10+. We Are extremely happy with the entire experience and highly recommended

    kitchen patio door

    Dave the sales rep came to the house and made recommendations. We agreed to have the replacement done. The men that came to the house went over and above to see that this job looked good. The job involved work that was more detailed than the typical patio door installation. The door has been in for two years now. It still looks great and operates smoothly.
