Patio doors and window, larger living room window and front door
Eco Tech was recommended to me by a friend. Right from the start, I had a good feeling about the company. It was easy to arrange an early appointment. Danny (the sales guy) was easygoing and explained the whole process very well. Compared with two other companies I had consulted, Eco Tech's prices and warranty were, by far, the best. Everyone I dealt with afterwards, from office staff, to the guy taking the measurements, to the installers, to the service department was more than accommodating and most professional. I requested an earlier install date from the original one given, which they agreed to, which wasn't for sure, given the manufacturing constraints. On the day of the installation, everyone was there on time and did a good job as quickly as possible, given that it was March and my front and back windows and doors were open or non-existent for several hours. I have a friend who used to do home renos for a living, and he considered the whole job to have been very well-done. There were a couple of small things that needed to be fixed, which was arranged quickly and willingly by Joseph, the head of the service department. Albert came twice, which was required, to do the repairs. I am really happy both with Eco Tech's product and its service. I can't count the number of times I have had work done by various individuals or companies, some of which is either incomplete or needs fixing, and they simply don't complete the job or often even respond. Eco Tech was really great in that regard, and I would recommend them highly.
