    Patio door

    In early April, we met with a very friendly and helpful representative of Ecotech who assessed our need for a door out to our rear deck and helped us choose the product that met our needs of appearance, reliability, endurance and cost. The gentleman was very accommodating when a day or two later we advised him that in fact we wanted to modify the order by changing the exterior colour of the frame and trim. The delivery date was set but ultimately extended which could be expected during these pandemic days. Finally our delivery and installation date arrived and was actually expedited to accommodate a service appointment with our security provider. The most important part of the purchase, being the installation, was performed by Uri who did a superb job on a hot and sunny June day. He is a perfectionist when it comes to ensuring that the door was installed perfectly, Uri worked tirelessly to make the most minute adjustments to ensure the door, the frame and the trim were true to the square and everything was perfect. It was definitely a positive experience and we would definitely contact Ecotech when the time comes when the need arises for future window replacements.

    New Windows and doors for the whole house: Beautiful!

    All new windows (54!) and doors (4!). Beautiful! Matches perfectly with the colour of the stone and eaves. The windows are so gorgeous to look through, that I don't want to cover them up. Our home is already easier to keep cool with the air conditioning. We are very happy with our new investment for our home.

    New picture window

    We had wanted to replace this window since we purchased our home but kept putting it off worrying about the cost. Thankfully we called Echotech for an estimate as we were pleasantly surprised with the price! The installation was quick, the installers did a wonderful job and the window looks great. One unexpected bonus was the reduction of outside/street noise because of the insulation our old window did not have. Couldn't be happier - money well spent!

    window and door replacement

    I had some issues with Ecotech that has left a bad taste in my mouth but the owner Mark has called me personally and resolved all issues so that I respect. I am very happy with the windows and doors I purchased and the only reason I have not given a 5 star rating is because it will take time for my trust to come back but if you are looking for some nice products I recommend you give them a call.

    Master bedroom window replacement

    Professional, clean and well made windows. Came on time and explained the operation of the windows upon completion. I had on issue with the locks which they came back and fixed immediately.

    Great job!

    We are very happy from the way Ecotech performed in their job. From the beginning to the end, the staff were courteous, helpful and very professional in how they handled themselves. The work was done fast and efficiently and the quality of the product is excellent.

    New Windows and Doors

    After installation my husband and contractors noticed some discrepancies in the way a window and the front door were installed. After getting in touch with the service desk they sent the installers to have a look. They told my husband and contractor that the window would be replaced. After weeks of not hearing from them I called the owner of the company who spoke to my contractor and the owner said, and I quote “call the office I don’t deal with customers”. We invited him to come and inspect and again I quote “I don’t go to customers homes” guess he only deals with taking our $11k SMH. If I knew this was goi g to happen I would have never recommended them to my neighbour. So where does it stand now - call service again and someone will come out.

    New back door

    What a great experience! From consultation with Joe Gerring (very knowledgeable and personable) to installer, Gregory, this was a project carried out with absolute professionalism and attention to detail. We especially want to commend Gregory. When he removed the old door and threshold he discovered significant water damage. He repaired and sealed the area meticulously (at a very reasonable extra charge). He did a beautiful job...probably the best workmanship we have seen in a long time. We are immensely impressed and will not hesitate to use and recommend Ecotech in the future. Thank you!

    Project

    Ecotech windows and doors did a fantastic job, I'm very pleased with there work ,it put a whole new look on the house and the money I saved on heating and hydro made it worth every cent Thank you ecotech windows
