Save yourself the headaches and go with a different company! After doing an energy audit we found out we needed some windows replaced. We got prices from 4 different companies and we decided to go with ecotech which wasnt the cheapest but we wanted to be safe with our investment and thought it was a well organized company. Technicians were very busy so we scheduled weeks ahead for the install. The day came and noone showed up. I called the office and i was told they might be stuck un traffic. I called back a few hours later and was told i wasnt scheduled that day but on a day that made no sense to my schedule. I did some research and i was not the only one who had this happen to them. So i took the hit and lost a days pay for nothing. After arguing on the phone for half an hour they agreed to install on a saturday. Tecnicians came, installed the windows and made me aware that 2 of the windows were ordered wrong as per his notes (opened the wrong way) and to take it up with the office. I said fine, spoke with my sales guy and was forwarded to Dina at head office. She said i will look into it and i will call you back. 2 days later still no call, i contacted my sales rep and he couldnt get an answer from them either. I called the office again and Dina reassured she was going to look into it but had to "call the installer" but she would call me back in 10 minutes. Well the day came to an end and still no call back. I called the next day and still no one picked up the phone. I have been trying to find out what happened for a week and a half now and still have no answer, no apologies, no reassurance that ecotech stands behind their product and will correct the issue. I wonder how the warranty process is like. All i get is the runaround from everyone. I am left with no answers, very frustrated and unfortunatelly i will have to take this simple matter have put our hard working savings at risk. Dont make the same mistake. Go with a different company.

Got all our windows done exceot the basement. Ecotech did a fantastic job with the work. Job was done cleanly and professionally. 10 out of 10

Had windows replace is September 2015 and it now November 2016, over a year. and I still have one window that they have never caulked.. I have called and e-mailed and I am told that they will send someone.. No one has ever showed up... I am now have to pay for the repair and damage on my own... thanks Ecotech..

I had a free in-home installation done by Serj which was very quick. A much more reasonable price was offered compared to Brock windows which I was very pleased with. I had my whole house installed with brand new windows in a fast and cleanly manner. The whole service and process of the installation overall I very pleased with and would definitely recommend their work

Had a porch enclosure, steel door with window and a window beside the door installed. Had a problem but they came and repaired it. It looks just beautiful! Would recommend them. Competitive pricing.

My wife and I are pleased with EcoTech's wonderful job with my kitchen and patio door and windows. The salesperson we had was informative and helpful, and the installer did his job quickly and cleanly. I would totally recommend them to other people thinking of getting new windows and patio doors. Very professional.

Ecotech came in and did a great job for us. Dunno why some people give bad reviews. But they were fantastic from start to finish. We were very happy and we would definitely recommend again.

Poor service, delays and excuses. Installation took close to 4 months. A damaged window was installed. Took the manufacturer's involvement to correct the issue. Will never use this company again.
