WOW 1 DAY PAINTING - TORONTO reviews (1206)

We are selling our house and wanted to paint it in new, modern colours to make it sell-ready. We heard about WOW 1 day Painters and were intrigued as we have two small kids, live busy lifestyles and liked the idea of the job done all in one day. However, it sounded too good to be true. First, they sent their guy (Pat) out for a free estimate. He was on-time, friendly answered all our questions with confidence and gave us an estimate that was quite reasonable. (only about $500 more than regular painters we had tried). We booked it. We also made some changes and additions and Pat was easy to reach and made the changes no problem. On work day, Eric and his team (7 guys) arrived on-time (actually a bit early) at 8am and did a walk thru to make sure he had everything correct. Then I left for work. Eric was very friendly, professional and again confident that they could get the job done no problem! I arrived home at 6pm and the entire place was done. It looked beautiful. Both the exterior and the interior - walls, ceilings, trim....all exceptional. And DRY! Still not exactly sure how they do it (Magic?) but we were overjoyed. It looks as good, if not better, than any regular painting service we've ever used. I highly recommend WOW - for the slightly more in cost - so worth it to have it all done and over with in a day rather than the inconvenience (moving furniture, fumes, etc..) over a week or more.. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Eric's team was great, friendly, punctual and tidy. They did a great job and I look forward to using them again in the future. i would recommend "WOW" to friends.

We wanted the interior of our home painted on a fast turnaround & with minimal disturbance. Eric's team arrived early, worked late, and did a beautiful job. When a few spots were inadvertently missed they returned promptly to address the issue and were extremely apologetic. I wish that all of the contractors we've worked with over the years were so focused on customer service. It really was a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you!

We contracted WOW to paint the interior of our house prior to selling it. The job was done professionally and on time. We had some challenging tasks including painting a spiral staircase. Eric and his crew did a great job and I have no hesitation recommending them. The price was right too.

I love everything about this company!! It was easy to tell right from the first point of contact that customer experience is a main priority for these guys. Booking the estimate online was so simple. Darryl showed up on time and was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Right there on the spot we scheduled the painting day. On painting day, the crew showed up on time (again), in their beautiful WOW truck, with all the materials and equipment to have the job completed quickly and efficiently. At the end, they made sure I was completely happy with the job and Darryl even followed up to make sure I was happy with the work and overall experience. I cannot say enough good things about them and can't wait to use them again! If you are considering using WOW, you won't be disappointed. I would gladly recommend their service to everyone :)

Eric and his crew were punctual, professional and friendly. The paint job itself exceeded our expectations and gave our home the fresh new look we were looking for. We would not hesitate to call WOW for any future work and would recommend their service to anyone and everyone.

Very Good experience. Requested appt for a quote online and was contacted right away. Daniel arrived in his "WOW" car and was very helpful and addressed all my questions and concerns. We had a small project in a couple areas and he was very open to such a small project. Team arrived on time and was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the color in the washroom as it was a deep cranberry and hard to match. Daniel totally understood and sent someone back to redo on a timely basis. New color was perfect but unfortunately painter was a bit "sloppy" on the white baseboards...I mentioned it to Daniel and although I said I would do it myself, he insisted on coming over himself and fixing it - which he did in ten minutes! I would definately book WOW again...very pleasant experience.

WOW is right! What an amazing company from start to finish! We recently purchased a new home and wanted to get it painted before we moved in. To book the estimate I called 1-888-WOW-1DAY and spoke to Tyler who was very helpful in coordinating our estimate. He suggested that we book our estimate for one of our "visits" to the property before closing, which we did. Darryl showed up ON TIME and was extremely knowledgable! He made us feel very comfortable and we were confident in his suggestions and recommendations. We planned to have the project completed over 2 days due to the amount of prep work required and because we were painting our kitchen cabinets. Scheduling was hassle free and on painting day, the crew was exactly as advertised! They were punctual, courteous, respectful and very accommodating! We were especially appreciative of the open line of communication throughout the entire process. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends and family! If you need painting, give these professionals a call, you won't be disappointed!

It's wonderful to get a job done in 1 day; however, I don't think I'd hire this company again. The job was pretty simple - 4 walls - no woodwork, no holes to patch, no ceiling, etc. but I think I'd rather pay a bit more and have them in my house a little longer if that means getting it done right (i.e. I should have used our regular painters instead of trying this company). Not enough prep was done to protect the woodwork and our floors. The white baseboards were spotted with the wall colour, as well as our wood floor. When I talked to the painter about how to clean it up he just told me to scratch it with my fingernail and didn't offer to help before he left. I contacted the salesperson (Pat and Darryl) and Darryl asked him to come back to clean up properly......still not done to our expectations. I can also see the strokes he did around the light switch and the plug outlets - plus I'm still waiting for my bouquet of flowers ;-/ MARCH 2015 A few months after the fact and they sent a painter to fix the eyesore around the light switch free of charge. Very grateful for their professional approach and response and now the wall looks much better. Appreciate the plant, but will still work with my original painters and pay a bit more. Thanks though!
