The service provided by Dave's Duct Cleaning is spectacular, not just from the service of duct cleaning itself, but from the appointment, reminder, and customer services. I filed an appointment request on their site, and the next day I received a call from them, specifying the date and time of when my service is scheduled. In addition to the confirmation over phone, I have also received an email stating the approximate time and date for the service, which really helps since I always check up on my email instead of relying on calendar.
They've also contacted me twice, one time two days before the service, and another time a day before the service, giving me more than enough time to schedule my plan accordingly, while serving as a good reminder of the appointment should I ever forget about the specific date and time for the duct cleaning. While I originally settled for for an appointment at noon, I was offered an opportunity to move my schedule forward to the morning. The experts arrived early, and immediately began their work without pause to get everything set up. I've also asked a few questions with regards to their equipment, and they are very friendly and informative!
The most wonderful thing is perhaps how Dave's Duct Cleaning's service experts helped me remove all the scraps left by the contractor during renovation (I am surprised when I was notified that there's scrap wood blocks the size bigger than a fist left in the duct), but the experts took care of that, with photos taken on the before-and-after that really stuns me on the difference they make.
