These guys are fantastic, and worth every penny. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and really committed to their work and to customer service.
I recently moved into a new home and was paranoid about everything - ducts, dryer vents, central vac, furnace, ac, you name it. I told them I wanted everything done - and they said NO. What?!? Yup, they said we will come and inspect everything for you, and will only charge you for the service if you actually need it. Seriously, does that type of honesty even exist with businesses today.
When they got here, they got right to work. There were a little late arriving, but like their website promised, Stanley called me and told me about the delay well in advance, apologized for it, and gave me a new ETA, which they kept.
Mark and Kevin entered the house and put us right at ease with their pleasant demeanor and helpful nature. They patiently answered every single one of our questions, and checked everything for us. They told us none of the items I had asked for beyond the duct cleaning were required, and hence we wouldn't be charged for any non-required service.
For the actual duct cleaning, they covered all the vents, covered their shoes around the house, and walked us through every step of the way. Mark even found a leak in my furnace and spent the time to try and resolve the issue as best he could. He patiently provided answers, tips and advice. As the issue turned out to be more serious than originally thought, he called up his boss, late in the evening, to see what they could do to help. Mark also promised to call and check back on me and my furnace adventures the next day.
These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone. From my initial phone call Sam, who also patient, courteous and honest, to Stanley who called to tell me the guys were going to be late, to Mark and Kevin themselves - all coming together to make a fantastic team.
