    Duct Cleaning

    Fantastic experience! Stanley, who I booked the service with, returned my e-mail inquiry very quickly. He explained everything and sent an e-mail detailing what to expect the day of the cleaning. The week before the appointment, he sent an e-mail reminder and gave me a phone call. On the day of the cleaning, Brendan and Scott gave me a call to let me know they were on the way, explained what they were going to check and do, encouraged me to ask any questions I might have, performed the cleaning very efficiently and showed me before and after photos. Would definitely recommend you guys!

    Duct Cleaning

    Everything was very, very good. The communication from your team was top notch - probably the best I've experienced. Receiving the email instructions ahead of time was very helpful and having the crew call beforehand to advise their schedule is wonderful. I wish all service crews, for other industries, did that. The two guys who did the work were friendly and professional. The explanations were good, along with the pics at the end. I'm happy to recommend your company to friends.

    Highly recommend!

    Polite and friendly from the first conversation with Stanley to an email follow up from Dave checking to make sure everything went well. They were on time, efficient, informative and very clean. I had been dreading the whole process thinking it would be a huge mess. I was wrong and should have done it years ago. I used to see dust on my tables hours after cleaning them. It has been 3 days since they cleaned the ducts and almost no dust is visible yet. My allergies and asthma thank you! Jennifer in Brampton (not Kitchener...not sure how to fix that)

    Air Duct Cleaning

    I booked my appointment on-line and in less than 24 hrs, I had a phone call to set up my time. Stanley then made sure to send me a follow-up email reminder of the appointment which was great. Scott and Brendan arrived a few minutes early but kindly waited till I was ready. They were incredibly patient, extremely polite, professional, courteous and efficient. They were kind enough to answer all my questions. They explained what they were going to do , gave me a timeline of how long the job would take and they stuck to it. They were fabulous! Would recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning in a heartbeat.

    Duct Cleaning

    I was preparing for a visit by very close family members that I see only once a year. I wanted my home to be as welcoming as could be, but the first thing that caught my attention was my husband coughing repeatedly in his study upstairs. I realized he had been coughing a lot lately. Having thought about that cough, I also realized that the house always seems dusty. The furnace filter is always thick with a grey coating that peeled off like a piece of fabric. Well, it didn't take much longer to remember that years ago we had the vents cleaned shortly after we moved in. So I looked at HomeStars' listings and read some great reviews of Dave's Ducts. When I phoned I had an enjoyable conversation with a pleasant young man who helped me to work a visit from Dave'sDucts around my crowded schedule of preparation for my visitors. I liked the humour of answering recording too...Dave'sDucts, not geese. The gentlemen who did the job were terrific...they phoned to say that their previous job took longer than they thought. They gave me a new arrival time which they kept. They were very polite and thoughtful. They did their work efficiently and best of all, cleanly. They explained every stage and , of course, showed me those satisfying before and after photos. I would definitely recommend Dave'sDucts without hesitation. N

    Duct Cleaning ajax

    We had an excellent experience with Dave Duct Cleaning Service. I initially contacted them via email and they promptly contacted me by telephone. I had to reschedule my appointment couple of times, and Stanley was always understanding. They emailed me confirmations of appointment, and also reminded of the appointment by email and telephone. The crew was running late and they called to tell us. Both Brendon and Scott were extremely professional. They showed us our vents before and after. They were honest about the work that needed to be done and work that was not required (even though we had asked for the service). They answered all our questions and concerns. They did an excellent job. They were respectful of our property and took measures not to harm anything. They cleaned up after them and were extremely thorough. We would definitely use them again and have no qualms recommending them to others.

    Duct Cleaning Service

    Thank you Dave, We have just completed a significant home renovation and I was concerned about dust and air quality, it wasn't good. We were vacuuming dust every couple of days. After conducting some research I found your previous customer's kind remarks and your professional accreditations, so I booked an appointment through Stanley. He was very helpful and professional in all aspects of the booking. Your crew Mark and Kevin arrived on time and explained the work, costs and expectations. They brought in their equipment and went to work as a team. They answered our questions, showed me before and after photographs, were respectful of our property and did a nice job of cleanup. I am totally satisfied with the job preformed and the cost involved. Mark and Kevin are professional young men who have been very well trained in customer service. Although unexpected, I feel a meaningful improvement with air quality already and have increased my air conditioning temperature one degree, my wife and I agree it now seems more efficient.     Duct cleaning

    The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. They were running about 15 minutes behind due to traffic but they made sure to call and let me know. They explained the whole process to me prior to starting. After finishing they cleaned up and Put anything they had moved back.

    Duct Cleaning

    Dave's Duct Cleaning cleaned our ducts after our renovations. They were professional and did a great job and cleaned up some items that were missed by the last duct cleaning performed by the previous owners. I would certainly recommend them and use them again in the future.

    Excellent experience!

    From the moment when we contacted Dave's Duct Cleaning services until the job onsite was completed, the experience was very good. All in all, we have had an excellent experience. Dave's team provided advance information on how to prepare for the work to be done and kept us up to date about potential crew delays on the day of the appointment. Once the team arrived onsite, they introduced themselves, explained the process, thoroughly completed the work - including before & after pictures, and left the site clean when they left. Brendan & Scott were at our place. They are very professional, really helpful and provided details and answers to any questions we had, in relation to what they were doing. I will gladly recommend Dave's to anyone that requires duct cleaning and expects professional results. Keep up the great work!
