    Simple, Straightforward, Solid Experience

    Brendan and Scott just completed a full duct cleaning and I was extremely pleased - they were on time (actually a few minutes early!), friendly, thorough, and walked me through the process. They answered any questions I had, showed me before and after pictures, and were very neat and tidy. A great experience and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a full duct cleaning!

    Duct cleaning

    I contracted Dave's Duct Cleaning for my 5 level back split The technicians were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and did a great job at an excellent price!

    Duct Cleaning

    I was very, very pleased with the service provided. He first took me around and explained exactly what they were going to do; even covered the vents so no dust came back up. When I saw the before and after pictures, I was impressed! They did a thorough job and were very professional. They even helped me to move a table back into place.     service

    just got my ducts cleaned by dave's and boy did I need them done after seeing all that garbage that infested my house. EXCELLENT servce...VERY courteous...MONEY WELL spent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE that wants a clean breathable house done by professional, knowledgeable and caring staff. THANKS DAVE.....you guys were GREAT. I WILL definatley be a repeat custmer.

    Duct Cleaning

    Unfortunately the duct cleaning company that I used before was fully booked so I gave Dave's Duct Cleaning a call and luckily they had an early opening. The first person I talked to was Stanley who was very friendly and helpful as he went over some details, took down my information, and booked the appointment. I received an email ahead of time reminding me about the appointment along with a small checklist for me to go through as I prepared my house so it could be serviced properly. The technicians Mark and Kevin were very courteous, clean and amiable. They answered any questions that I had with thorough knowledge and expertise. They took some pictures inside the ducts and showed them to me, there was a little pipe that was wedged in the air return but I told them not to kill themselves trying to get it out since it was kind of in an awkward position and its been there all these years. Next thing I know, they actually got it out and showed it to me. While they were cleaning up, I asked if we could check out one of the ducts to make sure the damper was in the open position and Mark had no problem with getting the inspection camera to check things out. I highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning services if you want great customer service and a staff of fully trained and certified technicians that are more than willing to go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied with their services and genuine etiquette.

    Duct Cleaning

    Dave was very helpful on the phone for the initial phone call. After we booked the service I got a helpful e-mail as well as a reminder phone call. His crew arrived right on time and we very nice and efficient. Before and after photos were great too! I highly recommend this company.

    Duct Cleaning

    We were extremely pleased with the service provided! Brendan and Scott arrived at the time specified, were courteous, provided relevant information to us, e.g., what equipment was being used, before and after pictures. There are other companies that may charge less for this service, but sometimes you really do get what you pay for. A family member previously used Dave's Duct Cleaning and as they were satisfied customers, passed along this company's name to us. We're glad they did. Dave's also has good write ups in the Toronto Sun

    Duct Cleaning

    We hired Dave's Duct Cleaning to clean our ducts after a kitchen renovation. The crew were organized and well trained. They arrived early and managed to complete the cleaning in less than 3 years. Before and after pics were taken to show the effectiveness of the cleaning. Their price is also a lot more reasonable than other vendors.

    Duct cleaning.

    A neighbour recommended Dave's Duct Cleaning, and we're really happy with the results: clean air, less congestion & sneezing, much less dust. Their customer service is top notch: the crew arrived as scheduled, explained the procedure to me, and got to work as soon as I showed them the locations of all the vents and intakes. I was able to work at my desk for most of the time they spent cleaning the ducts. It was a bit noisier at the end, but from the sound of it, those ducts were really dirty. The crew was friendly. They advised us to change our furnace filter immediately after the cleaning and offered to email photos of the ducts' interior before and after the cleaning (the camera battery had died before they could show it on its screen). Over all, Dave's Duct Cleaning offers excellent customer service and professional quality work. I'll be calling them again for the next cleaning.

We are 100% focused on the customer experience and are motivated by performing this service thoroughly and properly. We typically start on the supply side of your HVAC system - once that part of the system is cleaned; most of our efforts are with the return side of your system. Your return side is under constant negative pressure so they're typically always dirtier than the supply side, which is under constant positive pressure. So the noise level nearing the end of our service is typical given the extra time and energy required to clean the return side depending on how dirty it is. We are very thorough with our efforts to ensure you breathe better. We believe that the noise trade off is worth it! :) If you require the images, we have them so feel free to request them. Per NADCA standards, provided you don't have pets or renos - you shouldn't expect to have us return again for at least 5-7 years. If you maintain a regular cleaning schedule, you should be able to prolong our visits by dusting/vacuuming regularly. Should you require any additional support, please don't hesitate to reconnect.     Duct Cleaning

    I just had my ducts cleaned by Dave's Duct Cleaning and the service and quality was top notch. Both Brendan and Scott were very professional and efficient. They would check in with me during the service to see if I had any questions for them. I find this to be extremely useful and informative. They worked very hard and seemed quite knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Dave's Duct Cleaning again or recommend them to my friends and family.
